If you do include herbs, Im making Warrior cat herb textures right now. So far I got Burdock Root, Feverfew, Borage Leaves, Burnet, and Catchweed. I Just started modding minecraft and im really new to it, So this is sort of a practice project for me that I wanted to do but I dont mind letting you use the textures for this mod if you want.
I Have a few lots of suggestions for this mod! Rats! Rats would infect you (Like a poisonous spider would) with pain, But it would be slow. When Burdock root is eaten it gets rid of the pain/infection. Rats would only be found in junkyards that spawn near twoleg places, Or they would just be found near twoleg places. Their meat can be eaten too. Twoleg Places I Assume this has probably already been suggested, But in my own view there could be large twoleg neighborhoods spawning randomly and some houses would have gardens with Catmint (Which brings me to my next suggestion... Catmint Catmint or Catnip would spawn in twoleg gardens on tilled soil near water, Like wheat would, And their seeds can sometimes drop when you break grass. Herbs Maybe some herbs, Like the Burdock root, Can heal you, But others can just be collected or eaten (Without restoring hunger) for roleplaying purposes.
If I do get better at modding, I Would love to help! And if you would like the textures just pm me. I Also plan on making Alder trees, Beech trees, and bushes like blackberry.
Although I'm a guy, believe it or not, I am a massive Warriors fan. If this mod reaches completion, I swear, it'll be one of the happiest day of my life.
I'm curious, will the player spawn alone in single-player? I just think that seems kind of odd. In my opinion, it'd make more sense if you spawned in a clan of NPCs.
Although I suppose it's not necessary, it'd be cool if you could play as BloodClan (15 hearts? Beefed up attack? Extremely slow and unable to swim?), Rogue (neutral stats?) and Tribe of Rushing Water (extra jump? Faster on snow?). Of course, whether or not to add those is your choice, I just think it'd be interesting.
