Best way to figure that out would probably be to look at the harvest speed of the respective tools. There's a chart on the wiki here but off hand it looks like stone is twice as fast as wood, iron is 3 times as fast as wood (1.5 times as fast as stone), and diamond is roughly 3.75 times as fast as wood (1.875 times as fast as stone), unless I'm doing the math wrong.
If stone is actually 8x harvest speed, then I think diamond should then be 15x harvest speed. I think I'll check that now...
Edit: 8x harvest speed is pretty significantly faster than stone (maybe twice as fast?), putting it closer to iron level harvest speed. Since diamond is roughly 1.33 times as fast as iron, diamond harvest speed should then be about 10.67
Edit 2: since the only reasonable way to measure diamond harvest speed is obsidian (which no other material can actually harvest) I tested the diamond pickaxe time of 9.4 seconds against various speeds of the pickaxe module with the diamond drill upgrade. x8 harvest speed is very close to that, so it seems like the current minimum speed of the pickaxe module is diamond harvest speed.

Hey, I use this mod with Tekkit Lite, and I was going to use the axe mod on the power tool when i realized it wasn't set up with TreeCapitator plugin. What would I have to put in the config file to allow the axe mod to use tree capitator since it doesn't have damage values? Any help in this situation would be welcome, thanks.

The weapon aim is way off the cursor. I don't know if this is correctable or some kind of laser sight upgrade could be made.
It's the same as every other projectile weapon. It goes in the direction you're facing, at a negligible offset (0.7 total) from the center of your viewframe. The only time it makes a difference is if you've got your nose up against a block and you're just peeking around clockwise.

I admit I haven't had a chance to play with it too much, outside creative. I'm not so sure about that though, arrows go where I aim them, the gun I noticed I have to correct my aim for the distance, the closer I am the further right of the cursor I have to aim.
Fully charged and built to full amperage and voltage. At best it seems to do a 3x3x1 explosion centered where it hits. It also doesn't seem to damage multiple creatures. I know this is stuff you recently added and are tinkering with. Just my feedback.
Second the need for a treecapitator upgrade. The thaumic goggles are a nice touch even if you cant see nodes.
I can't wait to see what else the future brings for this mod.

I'd like to do a whole TC3 themed suit, maybe like 'modular robes' or something, but that would be a lot of work for my artist maybe someday.

I love the weight slowing you down thing you have going on, it makes upgrading to higher tier lighter components much more desirable. I do suspect however that many people will not like the cost of that higher tier gear when compared to say the Gravitation Suite I have to admit I was somewhat surprised when I went into the cost of it fully and realised that fully upgrading the chestpiece alone would cost MORE than the Gravitation chestpiece, I'm not complaining though I love expensive items makes my automation systems actually worthwhile.

Of course it's SMP capable! The only caveat is you have to 'allow flying'.
