if it kills you, then what is the point of it?
i think it should drain A ****TON of energy, but not kill you. but would most likely leave your suit drained of energy,
the point of it killing you is so it is a last-ditch effort of killing your'e enemies... if ur in a PvP battle and you are about to lose... and you have items you don't want your enemy getting... just blow your enemy... and yourself up... a "if i can't win, no one can type scenario"
Okay, so I'm playing the old 1.7/10 space astronomy modpack. I built an optimized suit (weighs around 10 kg) and it won't fly. I think it has to do with the keybinds. It's weird though because the last time I played this modpack I didn't have to mess with the keybinds at all (I didn't even know they were a thing in game) and the suit worked fine.
I can't fly. I'm really bummed. I spent two or three days making this suit because I wanted to be able to fly and now I still can't. Anyone have any ideas?
Edit: Finally figured out... you have to set the power you want to come from your jetpack and boots at the tinker table. I don't remember that at all.

Recently returned to mc since late 1.5.2, It's nice to see mps is still alive? as this was my favorite must have mod, is it being worked on for 1.12.2 or earlier versions?
As long as the 1.10.2 version has the old Goggles of Revealing module working the new technomages should be happy. Thaumcraft 6 is different, but it still has a lot of the classic tricks.

Pardon my silliness, but I've noticed that there doesn't seem to be a 1.10 version for the Numina core mod. Does the latest 1.10 version of MPS run without it?

I am using the very latest version of your mod in minecraft version 1.10.2 and have found that the mod "treechopper" prevents any of the power fist mining modules from functioning. this also happens in minecraft version 1.7.10.
"tree capitator" and "timberjack" on the otherhand work.
what if you made a self-destruct button like on the Predators Wristblade from the movie Predators?
how about an explode button that uses a lot of energy when used but turns everything around you into a desolate crater?
