When they have what they want ready to do another update. I all seriousness mod making as a hobby makes it hard to commit to the mod seeing as real life can have a habbit of keeping you busy and being unpredictable. I would say they are working on what they want for the next update whether it be a update to one of the new forge versions or a new content update. I believe it will be a forge/minecraft update though.
You will know a new update is near when they start to tease at one but until then I am pretty sure that even the modders themselves don't have an exact date.
Just a thought, could you add the hoguoku, but make it expensive, that way you could make it so hollow faction could become arrancar and shinigami faction could become vizard
First of all, i really enjoy the poison shikai. However, it is kind of lacking when it comes to abilities. (Also the poison doesn't work on undead mobs? This really bummed me out when i realized my shikai is nothing special against mobs like zombies, or skeletons)
EDIT: Also, i think poison shikai should give immunity to the wither debuff, and the hunger debuff. I think of those as poison aswell cX
-Right click (w/o charge) places a poisonous mushroom. However, these are easily evaded in pvp. In pve, they are pretty solid
* I think it should still place poison shrooms upon clicking a block, but if you click the air, I think it should shoot poison 'spit' like how hollows with the Spitter mask can do. ( also this should do a base damage of 1, [with extra poison damage obviously], exactly enough to kill someone that has been poisoned to the brink of death. Low to medium spiritual pressure cost.
-Right click (with charge) shoots poisonous gas out in all directions, except for vertically.
*I think the poison should spread out farther, (longer range) and also scale vertically. (this means it could be used somewhat like a smoke screen of poison gas) Also the damage is a bit dissapointing. Maybe a bit stronger than melee, because it requires a charge, and more spiritual pressure? Medium to high spiritual pressure cost.
-Left click (melee) deals less damage than sealed state, but adds a bit more poison damage.
*I was thinking maybe the poison damage could stack, So if you hit someone two times, the poison hits them for 2 health each poison tick. 3 hits, 3 health, and so on. ( this is not OP because poison naturally cannot kill anything by itself, someone or something must do the last health of damage) Also, the duration is kinda dissapointing.
Aside from poison shikai (my love) I suggest you nerf some things.
-Normal shikai- Just about the most annoying thing ever in pvp. It one shots a LOT of mobs, and two shots most hollows.
* I recommend taking some of the damage away from it. I think it would be much more balanced if they had a haste buff instead.
-Wasp,Golem,Bat, and Wolf hollows.-They are just about the most annoying hollows ever to be created. I would rather fight a menos than to fight one of these D:
*Golem Hollows do way too much damage... They can one shot you without a class set of armor (shinigami/quincy/arrancar) Even on a server with 40 hearts per player, it only takes about two shots to die to a golem hollow. Also, it is impossible to hit them, without them hitting you back. They have a massive attack range in comparison to their hitbox.
*Wolf Hollows are slightly less annoying than golem hollows, but more annoying than menos. Same thing here, they have a massive attack range. I do like how they are fast, similar to how i picture Grimmjow in his adjuchas form.
*Bat Hollows, Same thing, massive attack range, and also blindness (which would be OK if it wasn't 10 seconds long)
*Wasp Hollows... Everyone loves them, right? They drain your spiritual pressure, deal tons of damage, have a massive attack range, and are even faster than wolf hollows. After killing only one wasp, i find myself almost completely drained of my spiritual pressure. It would be more reasonable if they took 5-10, and not hundreds at a time.
-Class armor.
*Now, don't get me wrong... I love class armors! However, i find myself astonished that i can lose all of my spiritual pressure from just a few hits... Same thing with wasps, It drains hundreds of spiritual pressure at a time! I suggest this is nerfed to ~10-50~ spiritual pressure taken per hit, depending on the strength of the attack.I find it wierd that someone with a spiritual pressure of 50 can still kill someone with a spiritual pressure of 1000 in PVP. (training spiritual pressure seems pointless, other than increasing the amount of time you can shikai / number of flash steps)
-Random things i think should be added!
*A way to charge spiritual pressure
*A way to increase / decrease the amount of spiritual pressure you are releasing at a given time [like putting all of your spiritual pressure into one attack or, all into movement speed!]
Think about a time when, let's say Kiskue Urahara trains Ichigo Kurosaki. OBVIOUSLY he was going easy on him, or else Ichigo would have been obliterated!
(ask Jin Ryuu, the creator of DBC mod about this, i am sure he could help! :P)
*A way to fly after you have greater, or equal to 750 spiritual pressure. (would use a ton of spiritual pressure! :P)
*Spiritual pressure affecting other players / mobs. For example, you have 1000 spiritual pressure [and are presumably releasing some of it as stated above] . When you walk up to a zombie/creeper/basic mobs, they will gain slowness, weakness, mining fatigue, ETC. The overwhelming force of your spirit is pulling their spirit down to the ground. And in extreme cases, they could die. The same would work in multiplayer, if someone with 1000 spirit walks up to someone with only say, 100, they would get debuffs, because they are severely weaker, and the other player's spirit is overwhelming their own. I think this would really add to the atmosphere of the bleach mod, and make it seem more like actual bleach!

Sorry I've been kinda non-existant for the past month... I've been doing a lot in terms of college and whatnot, just finishing up finals this week. Hopefully I'll be able to get something done for the mod over Winter break. I've mostly finished up 1.7.10 finally, so definitely going to at the very least update to 1.7.10 in the next week or two. Still going to have two versions, one with the Hollow faction and one without, because it's so unfinished
Anyway, thanks for all the comments and suggestions, especially the balancing issues. I'll try to fix as many as I can for the next update

Sorry to rain on your parade however nothing is set in stone. I simply said as a suggestion that Vizards should come with or close to the 1.7.10 update.

Speaking of fullbringers, I hope that you get to choose your fullbring out of multiple blocks/items. It would be cool to have a sugar cane- fullbring (Bamboo), as a Panda

There should be a knockback effect added to the quincy bow. Quincies should also gain spiritual pressure from killing enemies with the seele schneider.

I know Kido and Bankai are planned and being worked on but these could still be a fair way off. And for fullbringers I am not 100% sure about them.
