This is a terribly fearsome Mod, I like how you included npcs, especially for the menos, ha-ha. You know, there is another guy who is working on a lot of "Anime-themed" Mods, you and him should work together on this, his name is JinRyuu if you want to search around for additional help/coding
I'm pretty sure millenaire has a config folder if this mod doesn't, just change the item ids to something different, but change them all together, or managing ids will become a pain.
Yeah, about that.....I CAN'T FIND MILLENAIRS CONFIG FILE!!! I've looked all through the Config folder (via .minecraft), and it's not there. But, LittleBreadLoaf said that he will change the ID's to some rediculously high number. That should fix it. (PS: I found out some of the exact things overlapping; Spider Hollow Mask became Blue *insert random japanese script here* Samurai Helmet, Snake Hollow Mask became Byzantine Helmet, and I noticed that Golem Hollow Mask looked like Half Hollow Mask)

This is a good bleach mod and most bleach fans now a days love the idea of shikai and bankai as they are what make up a good soul reaper. So I say YES!
But in saying that don't rush it, if you do add bankai and shikai they get implemented into the mod when they get added so there is no need to rush them.
I say Yes, but I think I figured out a better way: Make specific Zanpakutos from the show and manga craftable by using the Basic Zanpakuto in a crafting recipe with certain ingredients. For example, you could craft a Basic Zanpakuto with String in a shapeless recipe to make Zabimaru, Renji's blade, in Shikai form. You could then craft it again with String to make it a Basic Zanpakuto. Each Shikai could have specific abilities. For example, while holding Zabimaru and lining up your cursor with a far-off mob (extra range if targeting a mob from Bleach Mod), Zabimaru stretches out and hits it as if you were standing right in front of it! You could link that to Spiritual Power or XP costs for limited capebility. Zanghetsu could, if the cursor is lined up, send out a big blue wave (costs a lot of XP or Spiritual Power) which would damage them as if 3 TNT exploded simultaniously next to them, most likely killing them, and a big help against bosses. Senbonzakura could, if the appropriate button is pushed, use up a bunch of XP/Spiritual Power and send out a bunch of "rose petals" (actually tiny blades) and they could seek out enemy mobs (bonus damage against Hollows, and would only target hostile Soul Reapers, as Soul Reapers shouldn't be aggresive unless triggered by attack or ordered by Captain, which in turn would only order that if you make a threat against Soul Society in some way, such as breaking blocks withi Seiretei or attacking major Soul Reapers.) and continuously attack them until called off or destroyed (would be destroyed if you run out of XP/SP, which would mean that they would consume either of those at a rate of 1 XP Level per 20 Seconds). Bankai for Zabimaru would turn you sword into a giant Bone Snake that will attack in the same way as Shikai Zabimaru with 10 times the attack power and would use XP/SP at a rate of 2 XP Levels per 20 Second, and when you run out of XP/SP, it reverts to Shikai. Zanghetsu could increase speed, raise attack power, and give you bonus defence, by consuming 1 XP Level per 20 Seconds, as Ichigo's Bankai compresses SP and allows for longer Bankai time. Senbonzakura could just be a giant "rose petal" cloud that again seeks out enemies, but if you press the right key, you could form a high-powered Zanpakuto that if you attack something with it, the "rose cloud" attacks that as well.
Alright, I could just make the IDs ridiculously high to not conflict.
Actually, could you make a Skeleton Hollow and then allow the ultimate Hollow Jockey? It would be a true test of skill, and it would be up there with Grand Fisher (speaking of Fisher, your model of him is wrong. He walks on all fours and attacks using his hair). If you follow my specific Shikai/Bankai idea, then it would be easier, but it would also be harder to achieve enough XP/Spiritual Power to use their Shikai abilities, and even harder to use Bankai. So it would end up pretty fair.
P.S: When updating (I haven't yet, so no Soul Reapers for me yet), is there anything I should delete, or do I just install it again as if it's the first time?

Yeah, I'll figure something out for Shikai, but I'll probably try to do the SP bar first (Which is more troublesome than it seemed at first). As for the armor IDs, they're being kind of weird, so it would be best if I don't have to change them. When they get above 20 or so, they don't show up And yeah, grand fisher is a little off, but at least he looks kind of similar. For updating, you should probably do it like the first time, because some base classes have changed from the last update, so it might not work at all if you just add on more stuff...

So yeah Also, I finished making the Quincy Armor (Increases quincy bow strength but decreases zanpakuto strength, and vice versa with the Shinigami armor), but I wanted to hear your guys' input on the recipe. It will be basically the same as the Shinigami armor, but with other things in the recipe. I was thinking either Lapis, or to make it harder, Lapis blocks (There's some blue in the uniform). What are your ideas?
Could someone please explain how I would go about installing this with forge?
This works suprisingly well with forge, but to install it, you need to install modloader first. Once you run Minecraft with modloader, then run it with forge. Then, you should be able to put the mods you want into the mods folder.

I think decreasing the zanpaktou with quincy armour is a good idea that way one armour doesn't give great power to both weapons and makes them both worth wearing.
As for the recipe for the armour Lapis blocks would help maintain the challenge of crafting the armour instead of the single Lapis. I can't think of anything better really, maybe blue wool?

It wouldn't be really hard, way I see it is you would have some pre-set zanpaktou that take different things to craft so one type would use material A to make it one type and another would use Material B, sure they would all have the same sort of recipe but one ingredient would differ per blade. And as for naming them apparently this can be done with an anvil currently so making it a feature shouldn't be a really issue, so I would think.
I have two things to say. The first is to ask about the sounds: I have not read the entire topic, so I do not know if this is can be easily solved by the player (me). ALL of my minecraft sounds except for the mod's sounds (including music) do NOT work anymore. It is really annoying in-game. Is there any way to fix that?
The other thing is the shikai and bankai polling thing. I vote yes, shikai and bankai would turn out awesome in-game. I also want to make a suggestion: that Zanpakutos, after you manage to unlock shikai, will have a base element instead of being specific bleach-series Zanpakuto. Also, Bankai will strengthen those abilities or add more.

When you add the sounds from this mod, it replaces the folders full of sounds in the Minecraft resources folder. Usually, when you log in, the sounds that you "deleted" to make space for these get re-downloaded, so it isn't an issue. If logging in doesn't work, you may want to re-install the mod, this time taking each file out of the folder it's supposed to go into and putting it in, instead of just replacing the folder. But logging in SHOULD fix it.
And as for Shikai, I'm probably not going to do crafting, because I feel like that would be too simple. Instead, I'll probably do something related to what level/spiritual level you are. Maybe just have a different type for level 20-25, a different for 26-30, 31-35 and so on. Who knows

---- This would allow players to choose what zanpakuto they wanted but also keep it difficult enough to allow players to use it with an RP server. *Maybe even allow the Host of the server change the level players need to be in order to release shikai or bankai and how powerful each release is*

I voted. But Im just saying man. It doesnt make any sense to make the shikai change per the players level. Think about how weird that would be for an RP server.
perhaps bankai and shikai can be determined by points players earn as they do things. you could implement points for killing specific types of enemies, eating different types of food, item's crafted, ect. bankai and shikai could then be determined by the top 3 point values a player has once they reach a certain level and unlock their shikai/bankai

Hmmm that sounds like a pretty good idea..... I don't know how I could implement it though.... I'd probably have to edit another base class, and it would probably just be for killing different mobs. But I actually like that a lot

I think that's a great idea but I think that before you can go shikai you have to get you spiritual power's maximum up to a certain level and then you can go shikai and then another sowat levels before you can try to go bankai.
