Well, I've been reading about the amount of soldiers in the server and i have to say, spawning 1000 is quite destructive to the server. Of course it's your mod and you can choose how many but i think about 10 or 12 soldiers should be enough per player and if it's a big server, then about 5 to 8 soldiers can be spawned at a time. That's what i think the count should be. Either way, it's your choice on the matter.
Also, i like the amount of ways to create your soldier separately. Keep it up!

Just myself personally i like the health bar being below the orders but also are you going to use the same type of tree for upgrading soldiers as you did before?

No, it is still far off from workable NPCs, Like i said in the video all they do is stand there right now. If people still do want the spawning/customisation for atmosphere I can provide that, but if not you will just have to wait a while
Maybe the Health bar is Green (And a little bigger than the xp bar, but still centered) but then when it gets damage it cycles from green (No damage) to Dark Red (1 health or something).

A thought popped into my head. Since this is PvP orientated (your amazing), have you though about making territory. I know this isnt your focus right now but nobody ever does territory properly. Anyway heres the idea:
-When you place down your flag/banner, land in an 'X' radius would belong to you/your faction
-You/your faction can mine blocks normally within this area
-Players from other factions have a 12x (configurable) penalty on mining blocks from another persons area.
-When players from other factions to place down blocks in your area, a 'ghost block' apears instead, these can be walked through and are a 80% transparent version of the desired block
- The ghost block will remain for 1 minute before the desired block spawns in
- If a player belong to the faction that owns the land right clicks any of these ghost blocks they are immediately despawned
- They do not drop the original block when destroyed
This allows players to mantain control over their factions land while other people who want invade (or grief) are at a disadvatage. Certain blocks such as a ladder would be allowed to be placed immediately depending on what dynamic you think the game should have e.g. ladders would be placed immediately thus invading people can easily scale walls, tnt would have less of a 'ghost block' penalty allowing for them to be used to blow through walls ect.
If this isnt really the focus of your mod and this should be placed in the mdo request category then i apologise. I would just really love to see you mod have a terriotry system in addition to give it more a defense of your land feel, and i think these ideas would solve that. But it doesnt matter. What your doing is brilliant and i can only be thankful for contributing so much to the community. Thankyou.

I actually really like how much people are getting excited about this, really goes to show that the person who said that this will fail because it will always be overshaddowed by battlegear is very wrong.
As for the arrow, yes I do want the goto command to be included, but that will be a bit down the line. I want to get the baic commands and units out in an alpha 1st.

Awesome, if it doesn't sound bad I will most likely continue recording that way. I was worried that low quality + aussie acent may have made it difficult for some.
Just an idea but do you still have the first version of this mod (the old one) if so couldn't you use some things from that?
Not really, because minecraft has changed quite a lot since I wrote that there is little that is usable and most that is is not due to the customization I have built. Skins are still mostly usable though.

No normal solider should carry them! Tridants are too styleish!
For pitchforks remove the middle spike.
Tridants could be weilded by pikemen.
Id love to see this mod advancing, just like the armies it creats.
