Here the wiki post on it. http://tron.wikia.com/wiki/Energy it clearly states that the blue liquid from the end of line club was some form of refined energy. not only that but the energy is used for both fueling vehicles and nourishment for programs.

I like all of your ideas in the brainstorming post above, and of course am VERY excited to see the tank! I have 2 quick things to add (don't worry, their not critiques :P)
1) As far as the discs go, maybe look at the boomerang from Balkon's Weapons mod. (seeing as a disc acts like that when thrown)
2)For the Gliderpack/Parachutepack, Maybe make it act like a chest piece, similar to the Jetpacks from IC^2.

2)For the Gliderpack/Parachutepack, Maybe make it act like a chest piece, similar to the Jetpacks from IC^2.

That was kidnda my plan for light disks. as for the glider pack it will be a chest piece that when you in the air will pop open and slow your fall unless you sneak in which case you will fall normally. again the exact controls may change but thats the basic idea.
And again i love when people post their ideas so keep doing it.
So i have done some more work on the Tank. The Turret Model is still not done but it is getting closer. The Base Has a texture in the form of a texture map(shows were the Textures need to go). but the turret does not have a texture because its not done, i need to finish the back part and some details on the rest of it. this Model was hand coded using Nitro Model Thingy meaning no Techne used at all. Im sure i could have done a higher resolution model but i stuck with using rectangle shapes (trapezoids/ any other 6 sided shapes) and one cylinder( a 20 sided shape). I tried to keep the blocky shape to fix in minecraft but also stand out a bit because it is a freaking tank. The Controls themselves work great and the last thing i need to do in way of controls is to add the ability to shoot the cannon. im thinking of using the jump button(default the space button) because a mouse key wouldn't do shooting a cannon justice.

Im glad you think its cool. as far a custom armor, weapons, vehicles goes, im not planing on making custom stuff for some youtuber that your a fan of. Given that this is a Tron Mod i will not be making custom stuff for any person. that being said this mod will become open source soon and when that happens you can create your own textures and make a separate mod with what ever you want.

Yaay I can post now! That stupid moderator stopped the torture. I've seen the stuff, and it looks pretty good! Maybe add reprogramming disk or something and if u right click a mob it has a chance to be friendly? And it will be like your bodyguard. If anything comes, it just throws its own disk and cuts the attackers' heads off! and also, the higher tier of the disk, the higher chance. You can only reprogram a mob once.

is it compatible with Who's whats mod....... Im sorry i have no idea what mod you are talking about.
Edit: I looked it up and It will not be compatible with any mod that changes the model of the Player, including custom armor models(Armor will just look weird when riding a vehicle). what i mean by not compatible is that when driving a light jet/cycle/what ever the player is rendered as a custom model made by me to fit the vehicle, while it looks like the player it is not the players model and is only designed to work with vanilla stuff. I would love to make it compatible with all mods but its not possible given that the i have no way to figure out what model they are using for the player and no way to re shape it to the model i use. while it might run it will not look right riding a vehicle.

No. currently only .obj files work with forge.
