I would like you to add 2 Platform exclusive blocks, and a removed item. Specifically the two Pocket edition blocks stonecutter and nether reactor core and the horse saddle.
The stone cutter is just another crafting table, but I would like you to make it into an auto crafting table like buildcraft's. Basicly we have hoppers and an auto crafting table would be nice. Using the stonecutter concept it would still feel vanilla. I think the textures for this block look so cool.
Or go the opposite route and make it a decrafting table. Saws are meant to cut things into parts you could give it a tickrate delay like the furnace. Place an item in and it cuts it into the items that make it. Example: a ladder cuts down into sticks. It would need balancing. Like a sword that has damage couldn't be cut down into its parts or only some of its parts.
Then theres the nether reactor core when built into a nether reactor, will spawn a nether spire. An interesting feature that we on the PC version don't have access to.
The horse saddle was in two snapshots 13w17a was one of the snap shots. It was basically a saddle that could be crafted. Perhaps don't make it usable on pigs.
An end note the vanilla IDs used by these are not currently being used.
Hey, I tested the new version out today and noticed a couple problems. First, I noticed that the gears still have problems. I can place them on the floor and they work, although buggy at times. But I still can’t figure how to get them to carry a signal upwards when placed vertically.
Next, I noticed that the pigman villages seem to leave a big hole on the ground and float. I guess they just filled space below them with air, but it looks a bit weird. I am also having a problems with the mobs. They are spawning with the textures of mobs from a dif mobs, but the drops seem to be what they are supposed to. I tried changing ids in the config, but when I do the game crashes.
Lastly, about the ore issue. Have you considered just making the sky dimension go 0y and up? The only problem with the ores is that it stops at 16ishy.
Edit: also, could you add an option to the config to allow you to go to the sky dimension during any time of the day? Bit annoying how it is only at night atm.
Also, twice when I opened the chest in the pigman watch tower the game crashed. It works fine after i reload though.
what if you make it so that theres an option where you can change your minecraft model from steve to concept art steve:
he was supposed to look like this but since dock left the team steve is back but can you please add him as a playable character option please i want to play as him

I promise that I have not given up development on the mod! It's just that there hasn't really been a reason for me to update it in a while since none of the features I am working on are working at all yet. Now that 1.6.4 is released I MAY make an update for that. However, most likely I will wait until 1.7 is released seeing as that should be coming within the next few weeks.

Server support is actually a lot more complicated than one might think it is. This has been the most troubling for me to do so far because of certain issues in the code... I will still work on it but don't expect it anytime soon...

As I have said before: This is not the 'Not in Minecraft' Mod. I will not be adding the blocks/items that are in the other platforms of the game. The purpose of the Rediscovered Mod is to add things that were "unused, unimplemented, or removed in the original game". Original meaning the PC version. I may do something with the horse saddles in the future though...

Gears still don't have the ability to send current upwards due to a coding problem. Pigman villages leave a big hole in the ground because of the air blocks surrounding it. I can't figure out a way to get around this so unfortunately we will have to deal with it. And the Sky Dimension ore problem I have already said: I can't do that because the whole sky turns black because the game considers anything below 50 to be underground no matter what dimension you are in. I can add that option for using the bed during the day in the config when I next update it.

I like the idea of being able to switch the player model to Steve since that WAS an actual idea being thrown around at the time. I might do that in the future.

Great mod! Please add calm4 either as a CD or as ingame music. It was originally ingame music while in Alpha 1.1.1 but was omitted from the downloaded game files. I think it's a neat song that should be included.

Oh, and you may want to reconsider the jumping directly to 1.7; there are bugs that can occur in worlds that go straight from 1.6.2 to 1.7, which is the reason 1.6.4 was released. You may want to make a 1.6.4 version so people don't have to choose between keeping modded content or non-buggy terrain, or whatever the problem was.

The stone cutter is just another crafting table, but I would like you to make it into an auto crafting table like buildcraft's. Basicly we have hoppers and an auto crafting table would be nice. Using the stonecutter concept it would still feel vanilla. I think the textures for this block look so cool.
Or go the opposite route and make it a decrafting table. Saws are meant to cut things into parts you could give it a tickrate delay like the furnace. Place an item in and it cuts it into the items that make it. Example: a ladder cuts down into sticks. It would need balancing. Like a sword that has damage couldn't be cut down into its parts or only some of its parts.
Then theres the nether reactor core when built into a nether reactor, will spawn a nether spire. An interesting feature that we on the PC version don't have access to.
The horse saddle was in two snapshots 13w17a was one of the snap shots. It was basically a saddle that could be crafted. Perhaps don't make it usable on pigs.
An end note the vanilla IDs used by these are not currently being used.
Next, I noticed that the pigman villages seem to leave a big hole on the ground and float. I guess they just filled space below them with air, but it looks a bit weird. I am also having a problems with the mobs. They are spawning with the textures of mobs from a dif mobs, but the drops seem to be what they are supposed to. I tried changing ids in the config, but when I do the game crashes.
Lastly, about the ore issue. Have you considered just making the sky dimension go 0y and up? The only problem with the ores is that it stops at 16ishy.
Edit: also, could you add an option to the config to allow you to go to the sky dimension during any time of the day? Bit annoying how it is only at night atm.
Also, twice when I opened the chest in the pigman watch tower the game crashed. It works fine after i reload though.

I promise that I have not given up development on the mod! It's just that there hasn't really been a reason for me to update it in a while since none of the features I am working on are working at all yet. Now that 1.6.4 is released I MAY make an update for that. However, most likely I will wait until 1.7 is released seeing as that should be coming within the next few weeks.

Server support is actually a lot more complicated than one might think it is. This has been the most troubling for me to do so far because of certain issues in the code... I will still work on it but don't expect it anytime soon...
As I have said before: This is not the 'Not in Minecraft' Mod. I will not be adding the blocks/items that are in the other platforms of the game. The purpose of the Rediscovered Mod is to add things that were "unused, unimplemented, or removed in the original game". Original meaning the PC version. I may do something with the horse saddles in the future though...
Gears still don't have the ability to send current upwards due to a coding problem. Pigman villages leave a big hole in the ground because of the air blocks surrounding it. I can't figure out a way to get around this so unfortunately we will have to deal with it. And the Sky Dimension ore problem I have already said: I can't do that because the whole sky turns black because the game considers anything below 50 to be underground no matter what dimension you are in. I can add that option for using the bed during the day in the config when I next update it.
Doing so would force me to remove some features completely which I just can't do. Sorry :/
I like the idea of being able to switch the player model to Steve since that WAS an actual idea being thrown around at the time. I might do that in the future.

Does this mean no redstone bugs? You may want to make an exception for that one once the other stuff is added. Everyone would love redstone bugs =P
