hay i was a idiot with the xenomicrobs thing it was geting the blood before trance or geting a core ie a face hugger embyo poring sugar on it and if youer lucky if you want to make xenomicrobs it will bubble then get a needle draw the liquid and that is it

Stop with the microbes. Dont bring it up again because there hasn't been anything like that in ANY Movie or book. there will be a way to change into xenomorps AFTER he finishes
And about the hive generation... Maybe have it randomly spawn in caves just in case you don't spawn anywhere near it, Though if there is only one hive per world perhaps have a way to find it(Craft-able locator/Gps) And the longer you screw around the larger the hive grows(perhapse growing above ground and adding more tunnels gradually)
I see a lot of potential in this mod! I have seen another AvP mod earlier but it didn't have as much depth into the series as this one! And I can't wait until it's fully developed. I would love to help but I don't know anything about modding! :/ Although... I am able to create textures! So if you need someone more that will help with textures you can ask me!

And what's the recipe for bullets? If there isn't any recipe then I think it should be either that placing 1 iron bar in a crafting grid gives you 16 bullets or you take 1 iron ingot and place it on top of another iron ingot which makes you 32 bullets!

The mobs are able to be found in swamps, forests, and jungles mainly. The queen can not be found, it has to be spawned in creative mode with an egg. Also in update 10 bullets have a recipe.
pretty kool mod man lol. Idk if this issue happens with others but when I spawned a queen I lagged like crazy lol but so far pretty kool lol, the facehugger thing is kinda weird lol it's teleports me under the ground so I get suffocated I really like the guns to lol. Sorry about the facehugger teleporting you under ground, that will be fixed in the next release which should be out within a matter of hours. Also it is normal for the queen to lag you like crazy, it has somthing to do with how complex her body is... I am trying to find a fix for that.

Yes, I did skip Update 9 since this was a large update. Also, please re-download the mod for the Item ID conflict fix, or the Predator helmet will not show up.
hey man, likeing the new screen shots, just installed the mod, removed the old one and the old configs, but it seems i still have an issue with the config file. the new one mod_aliensvspradator.cfg has very little in it.

Hmm, seems you are correct. I made a mistake when typing the file name into the code, I will fix that and re-upload the update with the fix.
Maybe, eventually you could add multiple skins, possibly? also the machine gun overrides the iron shovel item id: 256
and possibly make the Alien Egg's "powerable" by redstone - mainly for pressure plates and whatnot
When you target an enemy directly with the plasma cannon it doesnt show the small blue orb - not major just thought i'd point it out
theres a "glitch" - more so an annoyance, but thats probably my OCD, but with the W-Y corp grilled ceiling panel, when they are placed next to each other you can see the side of the other block - not like with glass, also happens with iron floor panel

its ok take your time, personaly I would rather wait for an epic update, with few bugs, than have a new one, with lots of bugs and stuff because it was rushed and most of those were just suggestions anyway

Ah ok, yeah i was kinda hurrying to get this update out since people were bothering me for it
It will only be for a map im making based on the Pyramid, chances are I will use your mod for it, if the SMP version gets released in time
if not well its good to know i can use the textures

Just downloaded version 10 and found that the yautja helmet was removed, yet no mention of this in the changelog
