Now that I can see the model I might suggest you tone down how many blocks are in the tail((I think I see five) And maybe upload what the queen looks like?
The tail is not what is causing the lag... the lag is caused by her head, and only her head. The animation of over 10 parts in the head causes it, and i will soon find a "dirt hack" for fixing that ;P
at the moment this is the only mod i'm following since you give so much more info constantly lol. This mod is going to turn out great So in the future will there be bases where humans spawn in? I just thought that this mod would be great with the turret mod as a marine lol. will there be sentry guns like from aliens?

Xenomorphs fit in a 1x2 space and Xenos fit in a 1x1 space. Also the HD blocks are re-textured ones, I put the texture download and install instructions at the bottom of the thread post.

dude this was going to be amazing but unfortunatly i have to buy a new computer, WINrar, and redownload everything my parents removed all forms of videogames from this house because me and my brother were fighting and he cut me up with a key but anyways ill be waiting to go laptopshopping hopefully it can handle the memory and wont lag as much

Just to let you know i'm making a map that is using your mod. I posted it on planet minecraft. it's called xeno facility 616 (under heavy development). It will be an adventure map once finished. Just thought i'd let you know in advance.

Also it would be cool if the aliens predators and marines had a caste/rank system. like alien drones, unblooded preds and sargent marines.
