Redownload it to fix that texture bug. As for the hurt sound/animation, that will be addressed at a later update. But I... fixed.. the sleeping thing. Hm. Let me go check that out...
Ok, so i've been stalking this page, same as everyone else, and i just got this like 10-20 mins ago, and i already found a bug...i think.
So i made a super flat world and was looking for a herd. I found one, it didnt look like there was a stallion, cause they all had babies, even the one they we're following. I lassoed them all to some fences while i was making a pen. When i finished, i walked over to my horses and they all had the puffing smoke, but three were running away with their babies, one was being a good pony and staying where i told her too, and the last one was attacking me! I tamed the one attacking me with some cake, and i chased the other ones down and when i tamed one of the horses that had gotten loose, my game crashed.
I know this is a work in progress, but i am just letting u know Avii, horses can get unhitched and can run away. Dont know if this is supposed to happen, but just putting it out there. Great mod, and sorry for the giant post!
The download is back up. The texture and sleeping issues have been fixed. Rolrock, I'm trying to replicate your bug but I can't seem to. I've broken several wild horses without issue, and I haven't seen any escape from where they were hitched. I'll continue to look into it, though.
But like I said in the update post, I did reprogram the Wild Horses herd behavior. The mares don't follow the stallion anymore, they follow a leader-mare while the stallion just defends the herd.
Wow, I've only been playing around with the Wagon so far, and it's amazing!
The only thing that kinda bothers me, is that when you start galloping, there seems to be quite a distance between the wagon and the horses, but that's it.
I would also like to suggest if you could make the items inside of the Wagon's inventory actually render in the Wagon, so it doesn't look like the Wagon's empty? I think that would be a nice aesthetic feature.
You don't knooooow how much I want to do that Gyarados xD. I already plan on looking into it. Heh, the distance issue is part of the reason why I can't call the draught engine "finished." I may scrap what I've got and try something completely different. Just have to work out the bits and pieces. I really want it to look like the horses, whippletree and wagon are one. I'll figure something out ^^.
Also gaiz.. I have to go for a bit, but I'll be watching the thread in case of something crazy.
Avii. THAT IS AWESOME. those Clydesdales pulling my vardo was just amazing! I had an idea for a fourth kind of cart though. It would be like a war chariot from Greece, Rome, etc. It could be pulled by Clydesdales but maybe by mustangs (the mods war horses). If you added horse armour You could make it so if horse armour was on a horse it could pull it too.If it ran over something then it would hurt them. It could have spikes sticking out from its wheels as well.
The carts wagons and vardos are great too!
Also bad news time... DUN DUN DUN!!! I found a bug. although I'm not exactly sure what happened. I had lassoed my horse to a fence and fed him some cake. Then I switched to my yoke But actually switched to my spawner lasso instead.Then the game crashed.
Bug 2. Some times the lasso "breaks" and I cant lasso anything Sometimes for a few seconds ,sometimes for a few minutes It gets so annoying when I cant lasso anything The first time it happened It lassoed one of my horses in another world. I did not have any clydesdales in that world at the time.
Bug 3. Horses can run away from your cart.

EDIT 2 . Another idea I just had. In complexly horses you should add SEAhorses the new water mount. lol.leafy sea dragons replace Clydesdales.Yellow ones replace Mustangs and red-ish pink ones replace Arabians.Water carts would be cool too.
EDIT 3. sadly another bug. if you are on you cart and not moving you can still turn your horses. and they just go round in circles always facing away from you.
EDIT 4. bug 5 If you break you vardo With two clydesdales (only tested once) they will turn into one.
The update is awesome Just one question. When hooking the Clydesdale up to the vardo, do you just use the lasso on the horse and then the Clydesdale, or is there some other way? Because whenever I do that, then I can't move the vardo or get off of it once I am sitting down.

I also have a bug. When the u try to tame the stallion (i know i've said this before, but there's more!) it crashes ur game, and when u log back into that world, the stallion has more mares with him and he is unhitched.

Hey, its me again! I hav an question, well actually two. One, do babies follow their mothers when the mother is pulling a cart? And two, can u hitch other horses to carts, wagons or vardos, not to pull it, but to follow it. Like if u had a mustang u wanted to bring with u, and u also had ur cart or whatever. If the answer is no to one of these questions, it would be a good idea to add to the mod. Thanks!
