I have been noticing some simple glitches or something lately with the mod for 1.8.1
One thing is that the villagers and warriors leave my kingdom, and i never find them again.
Suddenly the whole place is desserted.
Another thing thats kind of annoying. The regular villagers cant jump. I had like 3 villagers stuck in a hole that a creeper made.
If you are here's one. The chapel could give you access to a new hireling; the priest. The priest could be a support troop of sorts. Healing your troops, and you, as needed in battle. Not full health all at once. But a little particle effect and some regeneration starts. Then after the battle when all the reficule are defeated in the immediate area he could close their portals, or whatever those things are.
In fact, what if those creations the reficules are around were done differently. You could make them far less common. But spreading. Not replacing the ground but have netherack and soul sand covering the ground and spreading out slowly from these points. After it gets big enough other nether creatures start to spawn on this "infected" ground. Until netherbrick and nether dungeons form too. As you push through the infected ground the priest consecrates it, which eliminates the nether stuffs. Turning everything back to its original state.
I know this is a huge idea. Thanks for your consideration. And thanks for the great mod.
I think you should make it look like this kind of sword that was used in Medieval times: The Greatsword - The Greatswords were large two-handed swords. The length of the Greatsword ranged from from 50 to 72 inches, with a handle that measured 18 - 21 inches in additional length. The Greatsword featured an extended handle that allowed the blade to be used in two hands. Also I think you should name it Valde Rex rgis which means (roughly) "The Great King" in Latin. :biggrin.gif:
Wouldn't 'the great king in Latin be "Magnus Rex"?

i have an idea how about the first 8 paladins you make become grand paladins an can recruit warriors(say about 5 per grand paladin) and the grand paladins train them to be paladins so that way you do not have weary about your army

They should hove to train to reach that level. They need names like 'Colonel Chap' and 'General Vir' :3
Can you please make it so that shopkeepers and other npc's (except city builder) only respawn at their normal location if you press a recall button? Because I moved all of my shopkeepers to a central spot with minecarts and when I logged out they respawned back at their buildings :sad.gif:

Don't think thats possible, nor would it be worth the effort.
Can you somehow fix this? I upgraded my kingdom to tier 2 and i had put a chest with a lot of things in it. After i upgraded the kingdom all of my items were gone so yeah if you can that would be great but it's just a suggestion

When you upgrade, it totally rebuilds everything. At the moment, just keep your stuff out of the city.
Hey, Alyx, I've discovered that with the pre-release #2 (dont know if you've released another over the weekend. :tongue.gif: ) water is the hired guild hunter's worst enemy.. they stop following you and eventually drown/despawn, provided it's over 2 deep. All I've installed is mo'creatures, Humans+, Optifine, and of course ModLoader.
It's highly irritating, especially when you hire over 50K's worth to go save villagers surrounded by three reticules and 200 spawn limit.
The paladins being an elite group. They start out with iron equipment. But you can equip them with whatever you have, so they can have better equipment. And ride horses if you have mo' creatures installed and horses available.
How's that? :laugh.gif:

If you think something's impossible.
You haven't tried hard enough.

And will you update this in 1.9 when it comes too?
Can't wait for the update
The update with new mobs should come sometime this week, that is if Tyber is keeping to his original plan.
A 1.9 update probably won't come out till Minecraft is fully released. Since 1.9 won't be released officially. If that makes sense :dry.gif:
