Poll: The name of that mod should be different from Ships&Boats and Ph
We have agreed with Eagle_Orion, creator of PhysicsCraft, and Shereis, to join forces to make a mod featuring physics from PhysicsCraft and also the rendering and block interaction facilities of Ships&Boats.
I finally got this mod, it is great quality! I love making custom boats on my world that is all-ocean
Just a couple bugs though:
. TNT does not damage the boat, or affect the hit points. The only way to affect it's hit points is collision damage, which brings me to another issue:
.The boat doesn't collide, it freezes when it goes into shallow water.
. When I placed water in the boat I was creating, the water disappeared once I created the boat.
I'm not criticizing or anything, just pointing out those three bugs.
Thank you for reading.
Tnt will be fully functional in the next release. See the cannon teaser video
I am aware of the collision bug. Ship collision will be improved in the following releases
Disappearin water is not a bug, but a feature :). This is to avoid water blocks underneath the ship to become part of the ship after it has been created
Many new features I am adding to the new release depend on MC Forge, particularly a new rendering code and some optimizations on textures. Going back would mean a lot of effort, and maybe not all of the new features would be working fine

It's a shame you need the forge, as it means those of us who use certain forge-incompatible mods won't be able to use it. And I was looking forward to it because I prefer your implimentation to zeppelin's rather hacky functionality.

Which mods are you using that are incompatible with Forge?
The reason I am using MC Forge is for the infinite sprite indexes, since I am using many new textures. Are any of you aware of any other mod that adds infinite sprite indexes?
There is already a prerelease of mc forge for mc 1.2.5, although it is still unstable. I am using that one to make the new version of s&b. As soon as a stable version of mc forge is out, i will release s&b
Dont bug him. And please no more new features it builds up work for him and more bugs to fix! Id rather see a smp version before I see fish nets! BTW if it helps you to finish the SMP faster id donate for sure .
