Optifine works just fine with Digimobs. Perhaps whatever version you are using is non-compatible, but the mod itself works just fine.

Changelog will be added to our forum and curseforge in the morning.
Couple of things of note:
1. There are definitely a lot of bugs that are going to pop up this update, so please post any that you see.
2. You can expect more pre-releases probably. This update is only about 20% of the content I had originally planned for 0.9.9

my good sir one small issue why is there no download to report to you I went to the main page clicked the download here link and it is only showing 0.9.8f hotfix instead of 0.9.9??
also 20%, why not complete the what is needed and release it when it is at 100% most of us will understand??

On a side note to everyone else:
It would seem some people are getting issues with an error popping up about running a back up of level.dat, etc etc etc.
Running your world anyway appears to not yield any errors, so it should be safe. There however,seems to be a couple of server side-only errors occuring, so expect a good ole' fashioned bug update sometime Thursday.
So here's an update on the status of things right now, mostly because I can't seem to get any peace to actually work on issues from (primarily the technic crowd) blowing up the comments of the modpack and spamming in hopes of getting an answer.
For some reason, there is a rather critical issue with the world saving in this new update. This is something that has not shown up in the workspace that I test the mod in. It's not something that's giving any relevant error reports to fix. This is not something that I could have had any foresight into figuring out until it was actually released.
I don't really have the time right now to spend days and hours on end playing guessing games to figure out why this is happening, and quite frankly I don't have the passion or motivation to do so. Something between "SURPRISE, ERRORS!" and waking up to 20 messages from the same 4 people asking why they can't download the modpack has me a little apathetic.
I'll be reverting the download link, the modpack, and the server back to 0.9.8f. I'll let everyone know when the pre-release will be back up for download, but for now I think I'll go back to taking a break.
I hope you are able to de-stress. I'm sorry if I contributed any to your stress with my other post in this topic, I left it because I hadn't seen the issue mentioned here, and didn't know about the technic forum.

Cyan_the_Azure, I can happily confirm that Optifine is now working perfectly, I have no idea what was going on before.But anyways, Thank you Cyan for all your hard work for this mod.
Edit: Did find the cause of the crashing, it's just that when I use a Shader Pack it tends to crash.

Thanks for all the positive thoughts. It's a refreshing change. But to answer the questions here, no one here was really causing my stress. It was more of the people on other platforms who would post, have their post deleted, and then proceed to post it over and over again as if it would get them any answers faster.
Just decided it be easier to make an announcement here. Also, yeah, Shaders don't play well with 90% of 1.10.2 mods. Supposedly the shaders mod author did some dirty coding that doesn't play well with Forge? Not something that I can really help.
That being said- I'm back with a little more sleep than I had last week, with an actual working version.
Of note, one of the issues with the last version is that there are actually getting to be too many items in the game. I've set out to begin revamping items, which I've outlined in the changelogs. tl;dr is that digivices on old worlds will be deleted.

-Language files will be added and updated in the next pre-release
-The mod has expanded to a point where it does not play well with other bigger mods. Starting with this mod, we will be redoing items to help accommodate with other mod compatibility, which will unfortunately delete any of the old item versions. We will slowly be phasing these out.
This update, all digivices have been deleted, so you may need to craft news ones.
Entities
-Added ambient sounds to all baby digimon
-Several digimon have gained the ability to be flown
-Fixed an issue with tamed and flying digimon taking fall damage
-Adjustments to riding:
Overall speed reduced so that servers will not read them as bugged entities and remove them while riding too fast
But first, we will be working on an 1.11.2 version. When 1.12 becomes a little more stable on the multiplayer side of things, we will begin moving towards that.

Hey, I was meaning to report difficulty in getting all of the mods required for the server to work together since the Mo'Creatures mod lacks a 1.11.2 version, and as such I can't get my game to start up with it. If theres a fix, please let me know, I'd love to be on the server again, it was so much fun playing with my brother on digimobs before and we'd like to do it again.

Technic launcher also can't download the modpack update and I can't connect to the server.
