How the hell do you climb up placed ropes (Edit >>)? I can't get it to work. I've walked into it and I just like.. Glitch around it in a circle. I've tried sneaking onto it and I can't go up and down when I sneak so what gives? :| I is confused.
I have found a bug which is rather serious but i think only is happening to me. When i have this mod and Modloader installed (and nothing else) if I try to break a block it doesnt drop anything. I then uninstalled this mod and i could break things and receive items again. so i know it is this mod causing the issue. Also, Mobs do not drop anything.

You have the wrong version of Modloader. It's not Zipline.
AWESOME MOD!!!
I totally like the idea of placed leather attracting hostiles. In fact, I had had a similar idea before, using different baits for each mod.
Suggestion for SMP:
Add a gold rope, which would be harder to craft, to reduce trolling. (I can totally see someone breaking a rope that someone else is on.)

I have it! I have the answer! Schrödinger's cat is a zombie!
I really want to use this mod, but the cloth sheet recipe conflicts with the recipe for cloth slabs in BetterBlocks. :sad.gif: I don't suppose there's any chance you could change the recipe, is there? Like maybe to three cloth blocks in a vertical column instead of in a horizontal row?
Regardless, awesome mod, even if I can't use it just now. :biggrin.gif:
Somewhat frustrating trying to get this mod to work for me. Not sure what is causing it now as I changed a Block ID that was the conflict before just to get another one. Here is the error report for it in full hopefully. Any tips on getting this to work. looking to mix up a lot of mods along with this and help is greatly appreciated.

Great mod, I was using the 1.7.2 version. I don`t know if you fixed the bug when switching over to 1.7.3, or even if it has been mentioned. The rope arrows all stack, no matter how much rope is on them. for example, an arrow with 8 rope placed on an arrow with 64 rope becomes a stack of 2 arrows with 64 rope.
Try making a fresh .minecraft, and install modloader, then zipline, then install your other mods 1 by 1 untill you see the wich isn't working.
Not to make myself seem like an imbecile, but I've been doing that. Turns out I had been so used to 1.5.0_1 and hitting ENTER to open my chat that I didn't realize the default was set to 'T'. Not sure if the zipline mod in whole works yet as no blocks have been laid down. Bit by bit though I am installing them and hope to work my way to the HD texture/Fonts. Thanks for the tip
Sure, I`ll give it a shot. I realy do like this mod, and that glitch was the only reason I uninstalled it seeing as how it`s compatible with all my usual mods.

And climbing rope is also fun, would be great for scaling walls in PvP servers.
