For all the people cry'n and begging for an update: Stop posting here (on a dead mod) and tweet Jeb! Notch said he wants to incorporate the mod into vanilla, so lets get that ball rolling! Tweet Jeb and remind him and see if he wants to do it.
I tried that, the 'zipline' feature didn't work. you simply stay in place and don't get your thingajiggy back. Everything else (Except for maybe the things that don't work) worked fine.

*Sigh* Just when I think its gone, someone asks for it. Creator stopped working on it, so its dead, as such, until someone fixes it, stop asking. If no ones taken the challenge of re-making this mod, wit wont start with any of us.

The creator discontinued this mod, but it was updated to 1.1 in this thread. I downloaded it and installed it, it seemed to launch, but firing arrows doesn't work properly and the arrows break very often.
If you guys are interested in seeing it continued, you should go over to that thread and post there. I think he updates things according to popular demand.
Hopefully there is a working zipline mod for the 1.2 official patch, which is where it could gain mega-popularity.
It is because it is 1.7.3, not 1.1, you're so smart.
