Brainslip, it's actually 6 labyrinths and then you get the white Artifact. So it's actually possible to get all 6 artifact tools going the Labyrinth route, before receiving the white artifact and going to the final labyrinth.
Almost finished with the green labyrinth, then I'll get started on the white or black labyrinth.
This is.... Actually very well thought out O.o
I usually don't approve of mods that like to drastically change the game, but this does it in a simple, rewarding way, and it really has a Minecraft Feel to it!
What angers me is that things as epicly awesome as what Kirb is making never seem to be finished. I'm not going to jinx you though, you seem much more dedicated than most.

AT: aRE YOU READY TO BE TROLLLLLED,
AT: wITHIN AN INCH OF YOUR MISERABLE HUMAN CORTEX,
Any chance of making it so it only affects one world? I don't want all of my worlds to be dependant on this mod
Choam says: "I might be able to add a button to the world creation gui that lets you select whether you want the mod to be on or not."
This would probably be for the best, because if you try to play an Artifact map without the mod installed, or if the Mod has yet to be updated, pretty much all of your artifacts, and all of your mod-related items will be gone forever.
Never play on your Artifact mod map without having the right version installed unless you want to start all over. Making backups would also probably be a smart decision.

It's not just me, Choam is also very dedicated to bringing this out. We even have a spreadsheet so you can see our progress.
I really wish this would get more attention! You definitely deserve it, this a massive mod! Though I suppose the spam would get old fast. Let's hope the interest picks up at release :biggrin.gif:

"Do not abandon yourselves to despair. We are the Easter people and hallelujah is our song."
If he releases it as it is now, it will be incomplete and not as good as it would be if he finishes first. Are you that lacking in restraint that you'd rather have it now and broken than have it later and perfect? For all of us?
Seriously, sit down and think about this for a moment and realize what you're asking for.
Thanks for the offer, but I've already created a banner button. We really only need one, and popularity for the mod while it's in development isn't really a priority at the moment.
Hey, where's the problem? People would be aware that they download an unfinished mod, so they'd know that there would be bugs, right? And we'd be kinda "beta testers" ?

Just like the community treats Notch so well, I'd really look forward to that. :tongue.gif:
Not only that, but this mod doesn't really lend itself well to episodic content, and the thought of having to worry about 'updating' for people in an unfinished mod for an unfinished game is
just
horrifying.
I'm afraid you're gonna have to wait, bro. I'm not releasing this until it is suitably complete, and that's that.
Yay Portal 2 references

That's good to hear
Now that leaves the worry of my laptop being unable to handle large enough of a world XD (I consider 10-20 FPS good)
A forsaken Great Library and town buried deep within the ground.

Why on earth would you want this. Jesus christ.

I make the Artifact mod.
And have people constantly complaining?
"Waaaah! I died when I picked up the artifact!"
"Waaaah! Why can't I make artifact armor?!"
"Waaaah! I burst into flames when I used the fire sword!"
"Why would you release an incomplete mod?! This is stupid!! You're stupid!!!"
Etcetera, etcetera, ad infinitum.
Are you being serious, here? I think I would rather kill myself.
