At the moment we're still developing models and getting ideas out. Progress is slow but there is progress. It's encouraged to post any ideas you might like to see featured (that aren't already an obvious option or that haven't already been suggested here). For now no new release but there's still work going on

as it is right now, we only really have 2 people working on it in their free time (i can't speak for Ashten_Pyrono, but i'm quite busy when i'm not working on the mod) but we are trying our best

sorry but i didn't start this with your idea in mind, i found your idea when i first looked to see if anyone has done a zoids mod but all the results/ ideas that popped up weren't what i was looking for so i started this

I will do my best to make power up and power down effects for ride/dismount, as well as music to provide in specialty music discs once you get to that point.

As of right now the mod doesn't need more modelers, we need to focus more on coding and getting things sorted out, HOWEVER later down the line when we get several base mod mechanics done, we plan to add more Zoids and when it comes to then i'd be sure to message you if your still willing at that time

It has been almost a year so I thought I would check in and see how things were going but it looks like there has been no updates for almost 6 months, so has this mod died off or what?

6 months! really, am i that bad at telling the passing of time? ... i thought it was only 2 months
well there aren't any physical updates, but i have changed the code to 1.10.2 instead of 1.7.10 for 2 reasons
1st) i heard it would be better to make the mod in that version
2nd) there was a problem in the riding code that those i asked couldn't figure out
no it hasn't died just nothing to say yet, i'm extremely busy now but i'm still working on it when i can

I haven't replied here for over 2 years. The mod is coming along nice. Here is my only question. When will the first playable version be available?
i need to get the Shield Liger to render then i'll get the riding code made before i release a test version of the mod to show it is still alive but sadly i don't have a set date for that ... sorry
EDIT: there is a horrible 1.7.10 version download.. . but it really isn't much .. can't even control the Zoid if i recall
