In 1.21.6, a new addition was added, where the screen would turn slightly blue when it rains. There is no way to disable it in vanilla. I really need something to get rid of it, I hate this blue tint! Example
Not sure if you still need it, but I have a mod on Modrinth and CurseForge that does exactly this. It's called "Environmental Fog Disable" if you feel like checking it out. It turns off that blue tint when it rains and if you end up wanting it back I just added it as a video setting in the settings menu to turn off and on.
