Hello, I have an idea about ore generation and biomes. I like when all players dont have all resources. The idea of the mod is that ore generate only in several biomes. Like emeralds will generate only in mountains. Diamonds will generate only in desert and etc. Another idea is that crops will grow only in some biomes. And last idea for this two ideas is that all biomes will be MUCH bigger. Like real biomes. So all people need to trade with other guys. Also for this we can add some new ways of transportation and delete elitras (cuz they`re to op). Also u can take ideas from Baldurs Gate 3. Last idea is a bit to much. I think we need some bad guys from another dimensions (like Minecraft Legends) that will take our dimension step by step with raids and portals.

a remaster of the custom flag mod. better controls and image URL copy paste like if "ImageOnMap" plugin and "Joy of Painting" were to have a baby it would be what i have in mind transparency for making tattered looks or curves on it and make a sail for your Valkyrien ship. once you are editing the flag/sail you will edit the whole thing with the edit window and not 1 block at a time. and so you wont waste more wool to craft it like those other ship builds. use one wool and surround it with paper and get 8 flag blocks. and on the sail customization window have slider options for waviness, curve direction and orientation for the flags shape and a second window to select the same options but only active with a redstone signal to the base of the mast. open flag and salute close flag return to formation and have preset options.

I think it will prove very challenging though and kind of niche so I'm not holding out for much hope. Its actually 2 ideas for 2 separate mods just for fun lol. I myself have tried learning java/ scripting but I just couldn't do it so Im kinda shooting my shot here cause why not lol.
So my first idea is kind of based on an old game I use to play when i was younger called "Wizard101". Basically, it's an MMO RPG but kind of for beginners. You gain spells, gear etc while you do story quests and side quests, and you fight some pretty insane bosses. I really liked their turn-based spell combat (we can talk more in depth in dms if this idea is something you like and would want to try making, I do not want to yap on too much!). Each spell had a "pip" cost, and you get 1 pip per turn (in the beginning of the game anyway) as well as costing mana. It would be really cool if there was a mod that added this style of combat could be added to minecraft with custom spells and some "enemy wizards" to fight with. This could also be cool for playing with friends and stuff. In the game, there were multiple schools of magic that you could learn from, but we don't have to 1 for 1 copy it all.
My second idea is making a good anime mod. I know some exist in older versions, but they're mostly just based on 1 anime and they're not in versions / modloaders I play on so it's rough. Though with this anime mod, I'd like to be able to have multiple anime idea combined into like a multiverse thing, similar to the other superhero mods where there would be a bunch of marvel and dc and other hero stuff in them. It sounds a lot simpler to do however adding a power system and all of the cool anime abilities such as stopping time, summoning explosions etc would be tricky and could cause a fair bit of lag.
Also, sorry but I cant do pixel art / modelling. I've tried a while ago to make various things in blockbench and like some were ok like blocks but they aren't anything to jump for joy over. I can however help build structures in game for the mod as well as make the ideas and hopefully be able to organise it all.

It's possible, but I think the mod author is still updating that mod themselves. Unless they decide not to update to 1.21, I don't think I need to do it for them. You could ask the mod author if they plan on updating.
Wow, I think that might take a while for me! (I'm not exactly an expert) but I will add it to my list and let you know if I can figure it out. It sounds like a fun side project.

Some simple ideas I have been thinking of for a long time and even considered getting into modding myself because these seem so necessary.
They can be standalone mods or wrapped up in a single larger mod because they all fit pretty well together.
1. Growing seasons - seasons that last x days. Crops take a lot longer to grow and only grow in suitable seasons, that means in cold biomes they have to be planted in the spring to have enough growth time before winter hits.
2. Biome specific crops - some crops (melon, sugarcane, cocoa) can only be grown in hot climates, and some crops grow faster in cool/temperate climates (beetroot, carrot, potato).
3. Cotton and flax - grow in different climates, can be turned into wool, string/etc. Very simple.
4. Cheese - milk left in a cauldron turns to cheese in x days. Cheese slices, cheese blocks. Very simple.
5. Fishing expansion - you can attach a fishing net to your boat to slowly gain fish while sailing. You can put the nets submerged in water as a block to passively gather fish. Degrade after a while.
6. Farm implements - horse/cow/llama drawn plough can turn grass into farmland. Animal drawn seeder can sow several rows at once. Scythe can harvest 3x3 areas of crops. This makes sense especially with the seasons as you would need to work a large area of land in a limited time in spring/autumn.
7. Villager hunger - villagers also need to eat and will die of hunger/not replenish trades.
