The function key is on Mac keyboards, and i'd be fine with using the control key for sprinting, except every time i left click while holding control it right clicks. Because that's how macs work.

Because Minecraft after like 1.12 or something, removed the support for the function key. So, the question:
Is there a Forge mod that would allow me to use the function key on my keyboard in the control settings?

Not a mod, but an external program like Karabiner
