I think there are many players that would like to build something great on any server in survival mod but a project for them is too difficult to success. I wondered if there is such a mod that player can download from Internet xx.schem project and load it on survival gamemode both in singleplayer mode and multiplayer one. Loaded schem could help build the structure. For example:

I'm total noob in building remarkable houses. I came across cool modern house scheme on Internet. I downloaded one and loaded in mod in the game. There turned up ghost house front of me (seen only for me as a client on server). Now, I know where to place each block (that I need get by myself because of survival gamemode obviously ) and sucess my marvelous house. My friends would be proud of me .

That ghost house couldn't be solid and player could pass through appeared ghost blocks. Turned up blocks are only instructions how to build.

What do you think?

Interesting. I am not a noob in building (granite, andesite and diorite helped me much), but it sounds good.
