Today I was looking around trying to find some way to hide the mod names that we use to see in waila. I know, know... This is not a common thing, but I like the clean way Minecraft tells us the name of the items. But, when we have waila installed, we can't choose to have or not the mod name shown.
In Hwyla, I CAN do that, as you can see in these images:
As you can see, in these images, there is NO mod names on it. This is like so because I did this, in the config file of hwyla. But, in the config file of waila, I can't... Sadly (or not) Hwyla is only for 1.10 +... And I'm playing in 1.7.10.
So... My question is: Did someone know any mod that allow me to do this? I know I could just delete waila, but then I will no longer be able to see the name of the things that is in the world... In fact, I will be able to see only the name of the things in my inventory, but not in the world... But this is the advantage that I see in using Hwyla: I see the names in my inventory AND I see them in the world... But there is no hwyla for 1.710... And I don't care about what mod an item belongs to. I just want to be able to see that kind of information you see in the images when you hover your mouse in a block.
NEI has native support for showing what item you're looking at. WAILA is a mod that expands on that, showing mod names and sometimes details about the block. If you don't want the mod names shown, uninstall WAILA and use the NEI feature. That's the only real solution.
