I was thinking that maybe someone could make a mod that adds in the glass panes and iron bars from 1.9. If someone was to make this mod I would be considering it to be for 1.7.10 mainly because many misdeed have not updated to 1.8. I don't know if this has been suggested or not but hopefully someone sees this and makes it.

Ok you can do this your self with a program called MCreator it allows you to create 1.7 mods as far as i know
So You can do this one your self real easy
MCreator hasn't really worked for me the few times I tried to use it....
