Hello there! I am a modder, but am not good enough for the amazing idea I have. This post regards the mod's "storyline," what it's all about, etc.
Storyline:
As the Endermen existed through time, their technology has slowly advanced. They recently had a technological boom in which they finally tapped in to the core of the Enderman's brain. They figured out how to harvest the teleportation ability, modify themselves genetically, clone objects, and even make weapons stronger than anything humankind may ever see...
So what would be in this mod?
The most important item would be the Ender Essence. When you kill an enderman, it has a 1/32 chance of dropping one Ender Essence, and a 1/64 chance of dropping two. In a crafting table, put in the following recipe:
EPE
PYP
EPE
(E = Ender Essence, P = Ender Pearl, Y = Eye of Ender). This creates an Impure Ender Core. Smelting the IEC creates a Heated Ender Core, and putting that in a crafting table with Iron Ingots on ever side and Ender Essence in the corners get you a Pure Ender Core.
So now we have something truly powerful. But what does it do? Well, if you put a Pure Ender Core with ANY item/block in a shapeless recipe, the item duplicates at the cost of one durability out of 50 on the PED. Putting two sticks and an unused PED on top (like a shovel) makes 4 Ender Infused Twigs. Using the EITs in a normal recipe with Eyes of Ender for a Sword, Pickaxe, Shovel, or Axe makes the Ender tool set. They have infinite durability and are better than diamond. Each of the tools comes by default with new enchantments that CAN be achieved on other tools, but for 40 levels. The Ender Pickaxe comes with Duper which duplicates all ores mined (only ores. Using the Ore Dict. may assist in having the mod determine ore from not ore) and the Ender Sword with Relocator. Relocator has a 1/20 chance of teleporting a damaged mob (only damaged by the sword) randomly in a 10 block radius from the player's position, but outside of a 3 block radius of the mob's location. The Ender Axe comes with Carpenter which gives 4 planks per wood block rather than the actual wood block (Treecapitator support is crucial here). The Ender Shovel, finally, would have Farmer which will guarantee that breaking grass gives you seeds, rather than a chance. If used on 2-high grass, you obviously get two.
The best thing here is the Biopneumatic End-Based Phasing Device (cool name, huh?). You get this by putting two Ender Infused Sticks in a crafting grid with an Ender Pearl on top (again, like a shovel). With this, right-clicking will teleport you on top of the block you're looking at. So if I look at some block waaay out in the distance, I'm teleported to (relative to the block I'm looking at) ~.5 ~1 ~.5 which will put me in the center of the block above the one I right-clicked on.
If you need more info, ask. The mod would be for 1.7.10 and maybe 1.8 (but definitely 1.7.10). Also, if there's anything that's impossible in one version and possible in the other, just do it in the one. If something's just 100% impossible in Minecraft, mention it, and I'll rebalance.

I am definitely interested in making this. I would like some texture as I can not do textures well. I will do textures if you can't. I will get started and let you know of the progress.

duplicator is working damage applies to pure ender core, crafting the cores work. i just have to finish enchants.second to last pictures show my textures from left to right(ender essence,impure core,pure core,heated core,ender twigs).last pictures show all the tools

Do items copy NBT data? Enchantments, damage, names, etc.? It would be nice if it copied all NBT data except item damage. You should also make it so it can't copy itself if you haven't already done that.
1) make it clone all NBT tags (damage, enchantments, ...) but make it shave off an extra durability for each enchant? If you can't that's fine.
2) make it only clone if the coning item's durability is greater than 20%. if it's at 20% or less, have it fully repair and only cost one durability on the core regardless of enchants. do I make sense?

I don't understand 2. if a tool has less then 20% you want me to clone it or just repair(the original item).Or do you want me to clone the damaged tool and give one 20% tool and one 100%tool

We're repairing the item you noted as "toBeCopied" if it's durability is <=20% but we don't clone it. So you put in say a bow with 10 uses left and has 2 enchants on it (infinity I and unbreaking II) and the pureCore (as you noted it). you receive the core back with 1 less durability and a bow that has 100% durability and has infinity I and unbreaking II

i have slowed down a bit. I finished everything except enchantments for axe shovel sword. The pickaxe duplicates.
