When you spawn after you choose your job, you spawn with items related to your job. (ex: Your outfit, tools, vehicles, etc.)
You can also level up and get an upgraded role, but you can obviously decline the upgrade. (ex: Gamer ---> Programmer ---> Game Developer)
When you upgrade yourself to your final level, (level 3) you can invent something, name it, and state its purpose, and if it's actually useful you will get paid money.
There will be money, depending on your job, and you can buy things that help your job (ex: Pay $120 for the cleats [Athlete])
You will spawn in a big house if you have a job that in real life pays well, and there will be people you can interact with like in the mod Minecraft Comes Alive. You get more family in your house depending on your job. (ex: Gamer = Not much family) There will also be randomly spawned Buildings like Supermarkets, Gas Stations, and Banks, along with building you go to to work.
Well, I hope mod makers out there consider making this mod, and I understand if it's too complicated.
If you would like I have an mod that adds in an economy that you could hook into, instead of coding an entire economy system... If you are interested wrote me back on this thread... I am also available if you need pointers or want to talk about the code

That would help a lot, if you could teach me a little on coding that would be great, thx
great idea! for vehicles, is there going to be vehicles specific to a certain job? if so here are some ideas.
fire truck: a vehicle that would give players the added benefit of spraying water on fires. firefighters would also need to hook up the truck to hydrants which will work it water is below them.
backhoe: a tractor with a digger arm that would require the player to use several keys to control the arm and scoop of the backhoe. The builder would also be able to use a loader on the front of the backhoe to dig up blocks. The front loader and back digger arm would also pick up the items and put them into the scoops on the back arm inventory and the front arm scoop inventory. Plus the scoops on the machine would have the option to dump blocks scooped up by the backhoe and this option would be in the inventory of the backhoe's scoops.
Police car: the police car would drive like a normal car except it would have sirens that can be set off be pressing a key.
hand cuffs: hand cuffs would not allow players to mine blocks, attack with weapons and would move the direction the police man is walking.
Crane: treads mounted to a turntable with a tall arm. The crane would lift blocks that the player chooses in the cranes inventory and could use a wrecking ball To break stone blocks. The builder would spawn with either a crane or backhoe.
new job idea: miner.
tnt would turn stone into gravel when blasted.
truck to haul the gravel to plant.
Plant to sort gravel into ores
Front Loader to fill up trucks.

I support heavy equipment 100 percent. When life gives you lemons, make floor cleaner and use artificial flavours to make lemonade.

Yeah this is a better explanation of what i was saying before
One note: for the gamer, I use consoles like Playstation and Xbox, going from PS2 to PS4, and Xbox 360 to Xbox One. I have only custom rendered one of those (PS2). I plan on custom rendering the rest of the consoles. I also have not textured anything except the PS2.

Wow! Thanks so much! Even now the PS2 looks amazing!
So by the title you probably get what the general idea is, but ill give you the lowdown, then the features.
In the beginning you get sent to a screen where it shows all the jobs/ rolls. Some have additional choices, the jobs are:
Athlete (Soccer, Ice Hockey, Football, Baseball, Basketball, etc.)
Gamer
Doctor
Firefighter
Police
Military (Navy, Marines, Army, Air Force)
Scientist
Builder
Teacher
Chef

Ryan
It is very complicated. I don't think I'd be able to do this.
Thats okay! I think I might as well try... but I think it will turn out better if someone else did it, but thanks for even reading
Ryan
I might be able to make this, though it would take a long time to make.
EDIT: Okay, I'm starting dev on this soon.
If you would like I have an mod that adds in an economy that you could hook into, instead of coding an entire economy system... If you are interested wrote me back on this thread... I am also available if you need pointers or want to talk about the code

Cool thanks for even considering
Ryan
Wow. If it ever gets finished in dev could you PM me a link? Im really interested.
Sure
I definitely can and I will get you a link to the api as soon as I get to a computer
thanks for all the positive replies everyone!
