This could be a immersive engineering addon called wires+ or something. I think it should have support for fluids, Pneumaticcraft air pipes, ae2 ME cables, and add a new type of wire called EV wire which could transfer infinite rf per tick.
Edit: But not items. For some reason that doesn't feel right.
I got the Immersive Integration mod. Works fine for me so maybe it's the version of the mod that you have. What I would like to see a kind of wire that could transmit infinite rf per tick.
I private messaged the creator of Immersive Integration a link to this page, so hopefully he will add fluid pipes, Pneumaticcraft air pipes, and project: red bundled cable to his mod. So this might become a reality.
If you get a crash PLEASE report it to me! Also make sure you have the correct version of Immersive Engineering for the version of II you have installed.
So I guess I could take a look at adding something like this to Immersive Integration.
omg this is so amazing there's actually a couple of influential people hopping on this Idea! this is so great! I cant wait to see some of the outcomes! imagine a steam powered city with the tubes bending over head!
I don't care if necro, this idea needs support! ALL THE BUMPS!
Also, as a begining for the mod (should someone ever decide to do so), it would probably be easier to do what IE does, and just use Ray Tracing (going from one point to another, checking for obsticals then rendering a line) but with a bigger cable, maybe eight or ten pixels tall (would still render as a 2d object that always faces the player). Then, later on once people ahve made it common practive to have ray-traced pipes that look freeking awesome, someone can come along and do the unthinkable, and make items render in the pipes. But before that happens, have 2 states for the types of pipes: Off and On. On will have a collored arrow (blue: liquid; white: item; red: energy) animated that goes from one point to the other, and when there isn't anything in the pipe, it doesn't get animated!

OMG yes! I'll add this idea to the post and give you credit!
could you please explain how the system works? i am very interested.
its really just a concept.. it basically would work like extra utilities pipes how it searches for the other end of the pipe but there is a curved rubber pipe connecting to each end kinda like immersive engineering's wiring.
maybe you should talk to the author of Immersive integration. His original mod aims to add AE2 and Redstone-wire to IE. And he has very much success with it.
If no-one want I can do this, but honestly the one with the idea should have the honor.
good luck,

thanks for suggesting for me to contact him. I'll be right on it...
thankyou for considering this concept! the more people support this the higher probability that it will be implemented in some way and maybe even create spin-offs!
Has passed a long time since I visited your idea.
I created a "flag" for this mod idea, the link has been shorted to you can put more things in your signature.
Luck with the mod idea
I have been trying to put it into my signature and after I click "save changes" no changes are saved.. not in my bio, not in my contact info, or anywhere else. I've forund some guy on nov 2 who also has the problem....
yes, my pipes can reach different levels, like in the following picture (32 blocks difference):
I think that this extreme curve isn't as nice as it could be, but this can be changed
It would be great if you can help me with the mod compatibility, because haven't worked with other mods yet.
Moreover, I programmed 3 months ago these pipelines:
I think that we could add these to this mod
wow this is amazing! Im filled with hope again since someone who contacted me and decided to make this has gone silent.

this mod sounds awesome!
I support heavy equipment 100 percent. When life gives you lemons, make floor cleaner and use artificial flavours to make lemonade.
With great power comes great electricity bill.

no problem its a great Idea!
(bump) I found this thread looking for fluid pipes for Immersive Engineering and I wish this was truely a add-on/mod.

thankyou so much for making that! do you mind if I put it in the first post?
