JBullet won't work with Minecraft's physics system, Minecraft doesn't follow a physically-accurate set of physics rules, it's mostly explicitly set for the most part. An entity will always come to a stand-still no matter what speed they're traveling at (except on ice), blocks will always fall at the same rate regardless of weight, etc. JBullet wouldn't work with Minecraft, hell even the fact that Minecraft is a voxel-based game wouldn't go down well with a physics simulation library.
