Now, I'm neither a competent modeler or programmer. I got no skills, only ideas. But I'd like to share this one with the you, and hear your oppinions on it.
Mirror World War is based on Kamen Rider Ryuki (aka Dragon Knight, though it's not really the same). Basically, its Hunger Games with cards, motorcycles, monsters and power armor.
Yeah, I know that sounds silly, and it kind of is, but not quite as much as it sounds!
So, here are the essencial components:
The Mirror World dimension
Mirror World War is, for the most part, a dimension/armor mod. However, the point of it is not just to enter another dimension, kill a bunch of mobs and gain some epic loot. It can be a good challenge in single player, but the mod's main focus is actually on PvP. But more about that later.
The Mirror World is literally a mirrored copy of the Overworld. Each time a new chunk loads in the Mirror World, it will copy that exact same chunk from the Overworld, only that south becomes north and west becomes east. Items, mobs and player-created structures are not copied though. It will copy spawn points for peaceful mobs, but will have dangerous Mirror Monsters spawn in their place.
And these monsters are not the only threat there. Without special protective gear, even the air in the Mirror World is deadly!
The Vent effect
The Vent effect is similiar to the Wither effect, except it doesn't transfer HP. One could also see it as a deadlier variation of Poison. Attacks from Mirror Monsters as well as the Air and Water blocks in the Mirror World apply the Vent effect to any unprotected entities!
The Vent Effect cannot be removed with Milk or similar items! It can only be stopped with the Vent Protection effect.
Advent Decks and Blank Rider Suits
The key to accessing and surviving in the Mirror World dimension is a new item called the Advent Deck.
The basic Blank Advent Deck can be found in random chests; either in dungeons, villages or even in the starting chest.
For the Advent Deck to show its power, the player needs to right-click on a reflective surface: Iron blocks, glass or still water. This will simultaneously open a short-lived 9x9 portal to the Mirror world on the surface that was clicked and put a Rider Suit on the player. Portals can also be created on reflective surfaces within the Mirror World in order to leave it again.
A Rider Suit is a full set of armor. Each of the four pieces has a special ability, but they and even the deck itself also have a shared durability. While this durability regenerates over time, the whole suit and the deck too will break if it takes too much damage within a short amount of time!
The Rider Helmet grants Night Vision.
The Rider Body holds the most important effect of all: Vent Protection. Nothing can survive in the Mirror World without this ability!
The Rider Legs grant Leaping.
The Rider Boots grant Feather Falling.
However, the Blank Rider Suit has a pretty low durability. It works well for protecting you from the Mirror World's deadly elements, but not so much in battle with its deadly denzins!
Advent Decks are not only portal keys and armor-summoning items, but also pretty much work like chests on their own. Advent Cards, which can be used to summon weapons and other things (right-click while holding the card), are stored in them. Right-clicking on the deck while holding it (and while not targeting a reflective surface, of course) opens its inventory, from where the cards can be taken out to the player's hotbar.
Blank Advent Decks always contain the following cards:
Sword Vent - Summons a weapon that is about as strong as a Wooden Sword, but much less durable. Like the Rider Suit, it repairs itselfs over time. But if used against tougher Mirror Monsters (or even other players), it might actually break before you can kill them! Contract Card - Used to "contract" a Mirror Monster, which unlocks serval new cards and upgrades the Rider Suit. More on that further below. Additional Contract Cards can be found as super rare drops from Mirror Monsters.
There is a number of new mobs in the Mirror World, and all of them are very dangerous. Normal weapons barely deal any damage against them!
While a few are based directly of off Kamen Rider Ryuki, most of them are actually inspired by Minecraft mobs. This is still Minecraft after all!
Basically an Ender Dragon with a red, mechanical looking skin and no visible wings. It cannot break through blocks, but it can fly and shoot fireballs.
A large robotic bat. It can fly, of course, and also has a ranged attack that causes nausea.
A green robotic minotaur (Iron Golem body with cow head). It shoots explosive projectiles! Very dangerous!
A pink-ish red robotic Pigman. It runs pretty fast and has a charge attack with a strong knockback.
An anthropomorphic robot sheep. (player body with a sheep head and "wool armor"). It can summon lighting bolts! If it hits itself, it becomes charged like a Creeper and able to counter melee attacks with an explosion!
A large robotic chicken. It shoots paralyzing projectiles!
A robot horse (zebra, actually). It runs even faster than a Raze Boarder and also has a knocking melee attack.
A floating robot squid. It spawns in the water, but can also fly through the air. Moves rather slow, but shoots blinding projectiles.
A robotic spider. It can climb and has a ranged attack that works like a fishing rod.
A robotic spider centaur. It is basically the Mirror World's equivalent of a Spider Jockey, except that it gains poisonous melee attacks instead of shooting arrows. It can still shoot its string though.
Lapisilver A giant robot silverfish. It is pretty fast for its size and knocks enemies back with every hit.
Rapidhare An anthropomorphic robot rabbit (player body with rabbit ears on top of the head). They are fast, move by jumping (2 blocks high), and spawn and attacks in groups!
Dokupuffer A robotic pufferfish (Elder Guardian model). It spawns in the water, but can also fly through the air. It has a charge attack, and its touch is poisonous.
A dark, robotic Enderdragon (with wings). It is essencially a more powerful version of the Dragredder. It shoots purple fireballs and is able to pass through solid blocks without breaking them, but it does not spawn naturally.
Gelnewt (cannot be contracted!)
An anthropomorphic robot... newt (reskinned player model)? Yeah, that's what it is apparently supposed to be. Anyway, they spawn in groups and carry a throwing weapon called Gel Shuriken.
Deadlemur (cannot be contracted!)
A three-eyed, anthropomorphic lemur (player model with big ears on the sides of the head). It shoots, like a skeleton, and avoids close combat by moving away from approaching enemies.
Sheerghost (cannot be contracted!)
An anthropomorphic dragonfly larva (reskinned Zombie models). They spawn in bodies of water, but otherwise act exactly like zombies.
While this basic equipment from a Blank Advent Deck grants you a number of useful abilities, it is pretty much useless in battle. Therefore, players should make use of the Contract Card as soon as possible.
Mirror Monsters are all hostile by default. But if you right-click on one while holding a Contract Card, that monster becomes your ally, and you even gain its powers!
To be percisely: After contracting a Mirror Monster, the player's Advent Deck and Rider Suit will change, according to the type of Monster. New Cards will appear in the deck, and the Rider Suit will gain better stats and new abilities.
Also, the Contract Card will change into one named Advent: <Monster name>. This card can be used to summon your Contract Monster to fight by your side.
Be careful though! If your Contract Monster is killed, you will lose all the cards you gained from it, and your Rider Suit will revert back to Blank. On the other hand; if a player with a Contract Monster is killed, but the Monster itself survives, it becomes wild again, and can be contracted by another player.
Loyalty and Life Force
Your contracted Mirror Monster will remain loyal only if you feed it. Each one has a loyalty value, which is pretty much an equivalent to a player's hunger bar. In order to see it, the player has to right-click on the Monster while holding the Advent Deck.
If a Mirror Monster's Loyalty falls to 0, the contract is broken. That means the respective player will lose all the special cards gained from the Monster as well as its Contract Card, his/her Rider Suit will revert back to a Blank one, and the Mirror Monster will become hostile again. In other words: A ton of trouble!
Mirror Monsters feed of Life Force. Life Force is dropped by every living thing (that means: no undead mobs) that is killed by a weapon or mob from this mod or by the Vent effect. Animals only drop low amounts, while Mirror Monsters drop medium amounts, and Villagers and players drop the most.
The simplest way to farm Life Force is to kill a lot of Mirror Monsters. Another option is to push mobs from the Overworld through portals, or to just summon your contract Monster in the Overworld and let it hunt. And then of course, you could hunt other players, who might even drop the Life Force they have collected in addition to their own.
Life Force can be fed to your Monster like you would feed a normal animal. It is also able to pick up and immediately devour dropped units of Life Force - even if it isn't hungry!
Advanced Rider Forms
These are the upgrades gained by contracting certain Mirror Monsters. As you can see, only three of these are actually from Kamen Rider Ryuki, while the rest is based off of Minecraft mobs. Because why so serious?
Kamen Rider weapons all have infinite durability and ammo.
Note: Many of these weapons are based off of those from the Tinker's Construct mod.

Kamen Rider Guard
Contract Monster: Dokupuffer
Armor: Pufferfish (actually Guardian)-themed. Grey-green and silver. Grants Protection II and Respiration III.
Venomace - Works like a poisonous Diamond Longsword, except that it is slower to swing.
Spike Shield - A shield that works like an Iron Broadsword. Also grants the Thorns II effect while holding it.
Boss: Kamen Rider Ender
You could consider this guy the Herobrine of the Mirror World. He is essencially like a player with Ryuki armor, only stronger. He can spawn in any Mirror World chunk that is adjecent to one a player is currently in, but only has a very low chance of spawning. He will attack everything, players or Mirror Monsters, on sight. And once there is nothing left to kill near him, he just despawns again.
Being a boss, Kamen Rider Ender carries some epic loot for players who manage to defeat him, but he does not simply drop it. When he dies, his Dragender becomes wild again. It will begin spawning randomly just like Kamen Rider Ender did, and can be contracted by other players, granting them Kamen Rider Ender's gear as a result. If Dragender is killed though, it will drop a huge amount of Life Force. And if it is killed before Kamen Rider Ender, he will despawn imediately, never to return.
Like the Ender Dragon they are based on, Kamen Rider Ender and his Dragender are unique entities. They can only spawn once per world, and cannot respawn naturally after they are killed.
Contract Monster: Dragender
Armor: Enderdragon-themed. Black, purple and Silver. Grants Protection III, Fire Resistance, Blast Protection, Slow Fall and Respiration III.
End Bringer - Equal to a Diamond Longsword. A fully-charged lunge attack will set the target on fire.
Dark Claw - A fireball shooter. Can be charged to deal more damage. A fully charged fireball explodes on impact.
Port Vent - Basically an Enderpearl with infinite uses.
Note: The flames from Kamen Rider Ender's weapons are purple instead of orange.
As I mentioned earlier, Kamen Rider Ryuki's Rider War is not unlike the Hunger Games. It is a deadly 12-man battle royal. So, Ryuki-themed Survival Games in Minecraft isn't all that farfetched.
The setup is fairly simple: Each player is given an Advent Deck (a Blank one if there are more than 12 players). Then they enter the Mirror World, where they get to fight against both the other players and the envoirment. For thematic purposes, I recommend playing on a modern city map.
If the war somehow comes to a stalemate, the admin has the option to spawn in Kamen Rider Ender to get it going again. This could also be implemented as an automated feature; spawning Kamen Rider Ender near players who haven't killed anything for too long.
So, there is my mod idea. I'm not really expecting anyone to make it real, but I wanted to share it at least.
I mean, its an amazing idea..but why have every single mob be reskinned default mobs? Making original mobs would add much more variety to the mod and it would be a lot more appealing.
i'd love to help, though, with modeling. Sadly i cant code, but at least i can be artistic with modeling. Someone else would have to program.
Sorry for the late reply. I'm surprised someone actually noticed my idea. ^^;
I meant that the mobs should be based on Minecraft mobs, because the game is still Minecraft after all, but they shouldn't be just reskins. Darkwing, Magnugiga, Raze Boarder, Batteram, Distrider, Lapisilver, Rapidhare and Deadlemur would definitely need customized models.
