Okay, so I've been playing around with Twilight Forest, Aether, and some other mods like that, which add more dimensions to minecraft. It is a hassle to arrange the space for them and make it aesthetically pleasing. I do not know how to code and/or make minecraft mods, but I have sort of got a brief idea for it. The main item would be a sort of staff, and you could add items in the crafting bench to it to enable certain dimensions. (such as flowers and naturey stuff for twilight forest, glowstone dust for aether, obsidian for nether, end stone for end) And then there is a block of sorts, where if you create the typical formation for portals and you right-click the staff, it brings up a options menu. This shows dimensions you added, and if you click on one, it will create a portal for it in the portal frame. This would have to be compatible with many mods.
Can anyone create this mod, or is it already done?
This would be a cool mod, however the mod creator would have to get permission from the dimensional mods creators to use there mods in this mod, hence making it much harder, almost impossible. A better idea might be to try to get a modpack.
