complicated potions mod: potion stand only makes: awkward potion, mundane potion, bottled poison1, bottled poison 2(and mixes dna ill get to that later)
all potions are made in a cauldron, how full the cauldron is defines the level of the potions that are made inside of it. whether or not the potion will fail depends on what you fill the cauldron up with.( awkward potions, mundane) you need the right one for that potion (also water can be used to fill it up a little more so you get more potions out of the cauldron but it will affect the level of the potions)
how full it is also defines how many resources you need to make the potion. if you use too many resources you get an overpowered potion that works
to good to the point that it hurts more than it helps. for example: you make a glowing potion overpowered and use it and it works so good that all you can see is a white screen the light also attracts mobs far away. and if you use too little, you get a failed potion.
you throw the item in the cauldron and then stir by right clicking and holding it with a stick in your hand but if you hold for too long it will fail also if you don't hold it long enough
you know when to stop if you know what color it should turn if it is not yet the right color keep siring. if it turns that color stop and if it passes it you have done it for too long. 1 bottle filles 15% of the cauldron 1 bucket filles 25%. mundane potion + brown mushroom = poison1 (normal poison) awkward potion + red mushroom = poison 2 (based off a real red spotted mushroom that gives the illusion of being giant it well does that, on your screen you are giant even though you are not)
DNA: get blood from an animal or player bottle it and mix them up in a brewing stand to make hybrids spawn eggs. also this mod adds much more potions.
