This is fairly simple mod introducing a new dimension, 10 new kinds of blocks, and 5 new mobs.


The general idea of this mod is simple: Nerd pole ALL the way to space, but you can't just do this with any regular block: You need Mangonite. Which is formed by mixing cobblestone with dirt and redstone.

One you've collected all the Mangonite you need, simply build up, once you reach the top layer of the world, you will need a block of "Titanium" A rare metal spawning alongside diamond in the form of Titanium ingots, 9 ingots makes one titanium block.

Now once you've gotten a titanium block and have nerd poled to the highest point, place the titanium block on the top of the tower and jump on it.

You will now be in the Lower atmosphere, on a large platform (approximately 15X15 square of solid Mangonite.) Above you is mainly space debris, which consists of a few blocks of regular ores, as well as a small possibility of a new ore: Mete-ore. This is the 'Lower atmosphere" level after all, there isn't much here. Instead, continue upwards with more nerd poles of mangonite until you reach another world limit (this time significantly shorter). Place another titanium block and enter the next level: Higher atmosphere

The higher atmosphere is a bit cooler, there are now huge chunks of debris with ore in it. A good chance to find some mete-ore and even a loss in gravity. To restore this gravity, build a "gravity switch" using a mete-ore block, 6 iron, one red-stone and a lever. After placing the block, click it and all the blocks touching the block, and the blocks connected to that will be gravity-fied. Now, you can also place these blocks sideways and use them to fool around with gravity, but only in the Higher atmosphere and outer zone. Also there are some space stations/satilites with villagers in them and loot!

Nerd pole in the same fashion once more to reach the "outer zone" a magnificent place where the coolest things are possible. Super-low gravity, Giant mini-planatoids with their own gravity system, black holes that will suck you in and spit you out anywhere. Alien ships of two sorts, the good ones: space squids: They're like squids that can swim anywhere and can attack the other alien: Kathstones: Cyborg skeleton-like monsters with the crazy abilities to shoot you with it's laser or send a creepbot after you: A creeper that can scale walls. Space squids can also be tamed with redstone.

Black holes also use gravity, and can be built using ender pearls, mete-ore, and a nether star.

Dwarf stars are also nearby, which are large gravity-fareing balls of lava.


Falling off: May god have mercy on you, lol. Jk, you can build and equip a parachute onto yourself to keep this from happening.

Getting down: The nerd poles also act as a return system: Simply acquire a device called a "magnetic transferee", made of a glass bottle redstone, a hopper, and a clock. It will then place a "chute" on the top of your nerd pole, which you can use to travel all the way back down to the surface world, NOTE: You will have to climb ALL the way back up unfortunately to get back.

I'm a coder but I'm not an advanced coder, just a begginner, I just barely starting my SuperheroesCraft Mod AKA HeroesCraft mod.

Hmm. Imagine a block of sand, that when dropped would travel through the atmosphere and crash into the earth below in the form of a new ore: Star dust. Used as a lightsourse block and makes fantastic half-transparent glossy floors with sparkles in it.

Cool, but needs a little more refining. It's a little bit messy, without a real POINT. What would be the aim except for messing about with nerd poles and gravity??? Instead of forcing a nerd pole, maybe have certain height areas like:

Outer atmosphere 400-600 blocks high

High atmosphere 300-400 blocks high

Low atmosphere 256-300 blocks high

Normal atmosphere 1-256 blocks high

Just an idea, so sorry if I sound really annoying and iffy XD just trying to help sry

Consider the block heights instead of nerd poles so that people could build a big staircase if they wanted, or a ladder

Well the idea is that it's a space elevator, a typical strait up extension into the sky. You can ladder up the side of a nerd pole, or build a stairway up it if you wanted to, but you still need a block of titanium above a poll of mangonite at the highest point in the world (about 200 blocks up I think). That's it. The rest is yours to design.

Once you reach low, you can do the same thing to high, and to outer.
