thats the link to add to the launcher. but for some reason it wont work for me, idk. its also missing tropicraft but w/e on thatdropbox is saying "the users public links are generating too much traffic and have been temporarilly disabled"
That mod pack is illegal for not showing permissions for:
Archimedes ships (permission must be asked)
Gravity Guns (prohibited in public packs, only a handfull of modpacks have the permission)
Factorization (conditions not met)
IC2 (conditions not met)
I'm going to pass on the rest of the other mods, the moderator community will be advised and I'm sure the modders will also be advised due to the maker not following the permissions rules.
In lieu of the increase of Mod Pack requests I’ve been getting recently, rather than have to reply to all of them, I’ve decided to make a page about it on my blog. You are to link to this page if questioned for Mod Pack permissions. My definition of “Mod Packs”: A pack containing mod(s) [in compiled form] for easy install, may or may not include configs. I do not consider a “Mod pack” of which points people to download links in this category. Basically, if you include the class executable files in the pack, its a mod pack.
For all my mods, with exceptions of PortalGun and GravityGun:
You are allowed to include the mods in any mod pack, as long as you provide the necessary credit. My name and a link to this blog or the mod topic (if this blog is unavailable) is fine.
For the mods PortalGun and GravityGun:
You are strictly not permitted to include these mods in Public Packs. The only exceptions to this rule are packs by the FTB Team, AMCO Team, MineUK network, Resonant Rise team and the Mc-Reborn team, as long as they remain easily reachable. For Resonant Rise, you have permission to include it, as long as the intended Minecraft version it works for is Minecraft 1.6.4. For PublicFTB Packs, you have permission to include it, as long as the FTB Team has permission to use the mod in their own packs, and the intended Minecraft version it works for is Minecraft 1.6.4 or earlier. For PrivateFTB Packs, you have permission to include it, as long as the FTB Team has permission to use the mod in their own packs. Should permissions for the FTB Team be revoked at any time, permission for FTB Packs becomes invalid immediately. Do not ask why, it is my decision (of which reasons are known by few) to do so, and it is final. Config packs (where only the mod configs are included) and Private Server Packs (where the mod is included for people joining a private [invite only] server) are fine.

Any enquiries, feel free to drop me a PM on MCF or to drop by my channel (#iChun on espernet) on IRC. Do note that the content of this page is FINAL. If you have to ask, you probably need to read it again.
Thus this modpack is automatically illegal. I suggest checking for the permissions of all the mods cause if there's already 4 mods with no permission given or requesites not met, then there is bound to be more.
