Basically what the title says; I think someone should make a mod that can load mods from within the currently used/to-be-used resource pack.
-Server hosts will be able to have mods that require small client mods without having the users scour the internet to find them; when the users download and apply the resource pack they will also get the option to apply the mods within.
-Multiple mod packs.
-Users may end up needing to restart in order to apply a(the) mod(s).
How I think it should/could work:
On start up the resource pack is read and the mods and textures will be applied from the currently selected resource pack.
Changing resource packs with different mods in them during game play will be really really tricky, if not impossible; the only way I can see it as being possible is by modding the minecraft jar to use variables for the paths to each file minecraft needs and then have minecraft change the path variables ro point to the new files in the resourcepack (in a sense, I am trying to say that it may work if you make minecraft load the required files like the texture files, able to be changed on command).
