HE CANNOT UPDATE IT TO 1.7 DO NOT SPAM JUST ENJOY THE MOD ON 1.6.4.
Im not a modder so I dont understand, why can he not update the mod further? Its just armor with added effects or does the armor require something unbeknownst to me?

There should be a create your own hero system for this mod like you can do in tinkers construct with custom tools.You can set mini stuff like a limit for the potion effects and also do something like the ClothingCraft aswell and add a feature for the Superman suit when you press a certain key and it changes into Clark Kent superman's Alter Human kinda ego.
Ok with the current states some guy just puts on a suit and says IM THE HULK, you might as well as call him a new entity call a cosplayer (Don't...)
so as i see there are two options...
~ Gamma Bomb
Makes a lot of sense since it pertains to the origin story, (Crafting recipie
It'd have to be activated via red stone and will last 20 minutes ( a mine craft day,) then you just recharge... (unless you guys prefer it just gave you the suit.)
No idea how the block would look like that.
~Gamma Potion
Well, simple you just insert a gamma block in a brewing stand with a awkward potion and thats bout it, it'll give you either the suit or a temporarily buff, now here were the nerf comes in, it takes about 5 minutes for the potion to brew :P. #ThugLife

Pretty much the same powers as hulk but... you know with her jumpsuit and looking more like her
3. Hulk's weakness
Hulks' start trippin about ten block from bedrock, we all know, hulks one weakness, no its not betty, FORGET BETTY! its supersonic sounds...
and wouldnt the plates at the bottem of the earth make a sound like that, nausea and blindness right there.

One of my favorite villans not included ;-; tis a sad day
~ Commonly her originally drawn suit,
(from batman TAS) . When applied you will receive speed and haste as well as immunity to poison and wither.
~ Harley's Hammer
+52 attack dammage

Put a withers skull in a brewing stand to make this and when thrown or consumed, it causes the person to hallucinate mobs that aren't there.
5. Ivy's Brew
You know how harley was given a mixture to give her some immunity to poison right?
well what if there was a potion that gave immunity to wither.
so it'd do an awkward potion and vines.... DONT JUDGE... i couldnt think of anything else, but it'd only last 30 secconds
I just thought of some guys who should join the X-Men roster.
Jubilee - The suit is made out of yellow and black cloth, and you have to create Plasma Blasts from Plasma shards which can be harvested. She has speed and jump boost II. The armor has around Iron durability and Iron defense.
It is a mod actually, i dont make it.
