Is it all right if you call the "Lantern" a "Cobble Torch" instead? it was easier just to make another block that looks exactly like a torch =P
Then sorry, ive searched evreywhere for a water pump mod or fire extinguisher mod and only found an fire extinguisher mod for he minecraft beta 8.1 :/, Then can you say me where the water pump mod is?
Buildcraft has a water pump and waterproof pipes so you can pump the water into tanks.

*stretches* Alright Extradrops listen up, heres my ideas from me to you.
[WORTHWHILE MOBS]
A mod that adds a bunch of special mobs which aren't "walk at you mobs in different textures and stats". To begin with (meaning I can probably think up some more for project expansions) heres 1 you can try to do.
Datarian Warrior
Special race of minecrafter born of technology and data. Clad in power armor or futuristic textures they roam the lands in search of excitement. Being minecrafters they come equipped in random armor from any mods you've already got installed (meaning IC2 datarians could potentially spawn with quantum armor on and will hence be one hell of a fight) and special swords called "Datablades", which are made of iron with a faint blue glow around the edge and occasionally emit particles shaped like 1s or zeros.
Initially a datarian is neutral and will fight enemy mobs nearby with his abilities. But if you attack one, just the one you attacked will immediately counterattack you.
From up close they'll rush you. When they hit they will sometimes combo attack which deals less damage but each hit they land they sidejump around you trying to put the hurt on you. If you've attacked them a few times and they've lost a little health they might smash attack you, which is a jump attack to the face which launches you slightly upwards and away with the force of knockback 2.
Sometimes If you're close occasionally they'll block.
While blocking theres a 25% chance that it's a counter attack in which case on attacking them while they're counter blocking will cause them to teleport behind you by "decompiling" their bodies into block particles and recompiling themselves behind you with a swift knockback attack that knocks you away with slightly less force. If it's a standard block they'll just take a lot less damage, but when they drop their guard they'll dodge in a random direction and try to jump you again.
Upon knocking you away or if you back off they can use ranged attacks in the form of energy slash projectiles from their swords that deal fair damage and have a straight trajectory but this projectile shouldn't be so speedy it hits you immediately even from 10 blocks away. so if you're far enough it shouldn't be aimbot like skeletons are if they get their hit chance. >_>
Their ultimate ability though is when they're beaten (they only have like 50 HP, but they're defended by the armor they wear, which has a 50% chance to drop any of the pieces otherwise none). They turn into a super mode of sorts between 2 types with the same HP but special abilities.
Range: This form they start flying around with energy wings of sorts and they take out a laser weapon. While in this mode they try their hardest to stay above and away from you, meaning range vs range is your best bet unless you can move faster than they can hover away. Every few seconds a target sight will appear on the players location then a second after that it fires a beam through that point which hitscans if you don't bail out. Alternatively they fire an energy particle blast which explodes but deals no block damage and knocks you away or a spread fire of missiles fire out from behind them to shotgun the ground with smaller explosions. When on low HP though it has a special attack where flies straight at you. On hit you get teleported ahead of it and stunned in a square of electrical spider webs in the air as it charges up energy. To escape, break out before 4 seconds or he'll blasts you with a beam that branches out in 8 directions and converges on you draining all your EXP and dealing hearts of damage equal to the levels drained and afflicting you with a bunch of random bad status effects. You're good as screwed if he nails you with this and you're lugging around a bunch of levels. D:
On death they drop can drop their weapon set to one of 4 modes. Railgun: Deals 10 damage with hitscan using their laser, but each shot needs to reload for 6 seconds (recharge with holding right click. can be staggered if you need to switch midcharge) and you knock yourself back from the blast it emits. Split missile Cannon: Weapon that fires a missile towards a target which after a few seconds explodes into missiles that spread and fly around and at the ground to blow stuff up. Comes with ammo inbuilt (durability) but can be reloaded using iron on an anvil. Energy Buster: Fires an energy shot with less damage than the railgun which is charged the same way only faster. Datashock Rifle: The rarest of the drops but strongest. Fires a penetrating railgun that deals 15 damage. If it kills a mob or player it hits it explodes the mob/player into a blob of extra experience. Otherwise it gets afflicted with a bunch of random bad status effects. Needs to charge for 10 seconds though.
Melee Form: This form grows slightly bulkier and forms a square energy field around itself. The datablade also becomes enchanted style, and is a thicker blue around the side also with energy veins on it. In this form they use stronger versions of their melee tactics, but their energy shield becomes a secondary health that regenerates after it breaks. hitting the shield doesn't cause them to be knocked back either resulting in temporary restoring super armor. They also hit harder and gain a few more moves including a vertical launcher which knocks you straight up so you take fall damage. A jump attack if you retreat which propels them forward and when they land makes a non-terrain damaging explosion. finally he gains a barrier overcharge move that when he blocks and he's on lower HP instead the barrier regenerates immediately and grows massive knocking you back constantly dealing bits of damage if you stay near it. Being sandwiched into a wall when its big may well end you >_<. after a few seconds it goes back down though and his barrier breaks completely.
On death he sometimes drops a datablade in standard form. Naturally it hits like a diamond sword but has enchantability of better than gold. If you block for 3 seconds it also repairs itself using your EXP (one EXP level gains 25 durability) so it should never break as long as you've got EXP to spare (still should count as normal blocking while charging it's self heal). If you shift rightclick though it becomes an "awakened datablade" and keeps it's enchants which is what the melee datarian holds. While like this it drains durability gradually and blocking will instead put up a radial barrier that stops projectiles and also knocks back and hurts enemies while making the durability reduce slightly faster. Shift rightclicking seals the datablade again to normal mode.
[TRANSFORMATION DEVICE]
A mod that adds up to 3 special transformational device that can be crafted for vanilla, industrialcraft and thaumcraft.
(beef = leather (as a wrist strap), red =redstone or redstone curcuit or thaumometer )
These work by being in your inventory then blocking for a few seconds, When it does that it saves your current hotbar's items (not including blocks) and current armor inside it and deletes the hotbar and armor. This armor and hotbar items now becomes a "transformation" saved by the device.
Holding rightclick now once the transformation is saved will load that inventory over the old one temporarily until the item runs out of energy in which case it turns it back to what it was. This inventory is the same everytime meaning if you had a potion of regen in one slot a diamond pick with some nice enchants and really good armor, it'll be that same stuff when it goes back in the transformation. ALTHOUGH you can't edit the hotbar while transformed. Meaning if you try to drop or move something from it to your inventory the transformation is canceled (to stop farming of gear by transforming back and forth. Potions would be special cases in which case they turn into bottles on use but if the bottle from that slot is dropped or is tried to be moved it stops it too).
The transformation is based on it's durability and taking damage. If you die with the transformation it cancels it and you survive on one HP and the device shorts out for a while before it can be used. If it simply runs out of energy it just needs to charge to be used again.
A vanilla device restores over time when powered off, or crafting redstone to it regens by chunks.
Industrialcraft uses energy over time to be transformed.
while thaumcraft transformation uses aura nearby to charge similar to it's wands while it's off.
All of them should be useable independantly making you can have 3 transformations while holding it. Some things should be blacklisted on the transformers too, like stacks of EXP bottles and blocks in general, it's just for items.

[THE MASTERS DIMENSION]
The masters dimension is a dimensional mod which adds a new level which is the masters void. The master being a mob inside who is a transdimensional being who teaches people who are or will be in need. In this case, minecraft will be invaded by a hoard of stronger standard mob characters who are powerful (bosses and their minions who will eventually take over the world cause they're sick of waiting on their minions to do it) and he will teach the player abilities and how to make special objects which can help him.
The dimension by itself is also a wide open "looping" void dimension with floating ethereal spirits in the form of blocks (atleast for the player) with different... "personalities".
Since I've been going on and on though I'll elaborate of this one if it's actually chosen based on it's description though.
Basically it would make maps like that, and they would stretch on forever. Also have chests spawn with various levels of loot, and mini-dungeons inside of the rooms (possibly create several custom spawners and custom loot?)
The goal would to just survive in the labyrinth.. you could set up farms and things for food
You would get different loot from different kinds of dungeons.
I would Like A Mod That Lets You Make Customized Bosses And Fight Them.
not just bosses, make it any mobs, and then make them placeable into a gui via a "custom mob ID card" thing and then they start spawning in the world based on their settings... :3 bosses would be one time spawns and they'd become bosses if they're stronger than a certain amount of whatever and to spawn them you'd probably use a block that you can trigger from a distance so you can make like arena thingies for them.

actually saw something like this as a Bukkit plugin a year or so ago that generated this endless dungeon maze thing. I'd actually enjoy that, as long as it'd be possible to find bits and pieces of every standard minecraft item in them so that you could survive legitly. oh, that'd work amazing with the above mod that I just tried to improve upon... cause custom mobs, in a completely random generated labyrinth maze dungeon thingy, it's like "Super hostile D.I.Y". and not just mini dungeons, howabout special themed rooms too, like a giant chasm room with a bridge over ore encrusted walls over lava. Or some annoying void castles with better loot (and ghast spawners), or rare wide open areas where the world opens up to a big cenote where you could possibly live. (they'd be very spaced apart though, since it'd still primarily be all labyrinthing around in the walls and sometimes you'd pop-out into these other rooms and it'd keep going)

So those are the textures that you want to look on the mod.
I have an idea for a simple, yet very useful mod. It would only add one block: the Blower.
Crafting:
[Cobblestone] [Cobblestone] [Cobblestone]
[Cobblestone] [Gold Ingot] [Cobblestone]
[Cobblestone] [Cobblestone] [Cobblestone]
It would blow an air current in front of it when powered. The length of the air current is equal to the strength of the signal. For example, a full strength signal would make a current that is 15 blocks long, but a signal strength of 4 would make a air current that is 4 blocks long.
The Blower Block could face any direction, including up and down.
This air curren would be able to push players, mobs, items, and minecarts. Let me know if I need to add any more detail and if you think this is a mod you would like to create. Thank you in advance.
So, I've bin thinking. i would like to see a mod that's about little toy army men fighting other toy army men. I know there's a clay soldier mod, but this one should be like green vs tan an there's little tents, soldiers with little rifle's in their hands, tanks, low flying plane's and helicopter's, and some defensive structure's like tower's, barbed wire, trench's, pillboxes, Artillery, half track's, and jeeps that stuff. I just think it would be cool to make a little army base and have little army men fight. In my opinion i think it would be a lot of fun.
Hope you agree with me and good day or night.
p.s for crafting it would be cool to have a toy box.

I making a mod, named NewLandsCraft! And can you make for me?? Is a total conversion, that many items are 3d cube models, new model for player, new dungeons, more mobs, dungeon system, all mob models replaced. The new model for player looks like this guy here from minecraft indev or infdev: http://media-mcw.cursecdn.com/thumb/f/f3/Steve.png/150px-Steve.png . Boss music, new attacks, and more. A example of recipe: the Fire Blade. 2 lava buckets and 1 iron ingot. Like a sword recipe. And 32x32 textures. I gonna put the visual photos later.
Alright, If anyone can make this mod for me add me on Xbox- XXDragonCyborg on PS3 at WSTEW13. Or Post on this thread.Lol Okai so you might find me crazy for saying this but I want a mod that makes your character fat. You have a scale that you can craft with iron and sticks and redstone. You can keep it in your inventory and it shows a meter on the side of your screen that shows your weight. It also adds a bunch of new food. Burger's, Pie like a bunch of fattening food. Then it adds a bunch of healthy food such as lettuce. Everytime you eat a piece of food your weight changes. It will start at 90. It also makes your character skinnier and fatter depending on your weight. If you eat unhealthy food such as pie your weight gos up 5lbs or something like that. If anyone can make this mod and an installer with it I would be extremely grateful. Thanks Bai
Death Note mod! It is designed to SMP, when you write somebodys nick in it he dies for the reason you writed in 40 seconds lol. But it is more minecraft-y. It is created by book ink sac and diamond. It lasts for 50 uses :P/ The reasons you can write are falling down, suddenly dying (as /kill), burning/ dying of poison/wither, a lava appears around him or anything like this. In the Death Note you write something like this:
Cziken20, (there must be the ,) lava/poson/wither/heart attack (as the /kill)/ fall down
premise: a few ancient fantasy enemies with a twist, spawned by player activity, to defend Mother Nature

Hope you agree with me and good day or night.
p.s for crafting it would be cool to have a toy box.
So like a mini WW2 mod? That would be cool.
