Im trying to remember where i got my stable version of ic2 for 1.5.1 xD

It requires some editing, but you can steal the 1.5.2 ic2 from new world pack in the FTB launcher. They've closed the link, and this version seems to be stable. Scrap boxes are broken, but i never use them anyways.

Im waiting so hard for them to update it! Only need IC2 and my modpack is Complete!

It is updated, it is just in beta. It has been in beta since 1.4.7 though, so I wouldn't hold my breath for a full release. The beta runs fine.
