If you would like I could be a bug tester, Since i'm waiting for the Aether to update, and it IS updating, I don't have really much to do besides work on my adventure map.
Hey,
Sorry to bother you, but don't worry about HakuYuki's mask mod. I was just looking through this post, and I thought "Hmmm, I can do that". So I did. Hopefully I just saved you some time, and I apologize if this offends you somehow.
Cheers,

Name of Mod: NecroCraft (homage to the original idea), or maybe something like MortisCraft. I'll get back to you on that one.
When do you want it done by?: ASAP, but this is a luxury project, IMO
Forge? No: preferably, I would want this to not require anything more than Bukkit and the regular client.
Description of mod: The core concept of the mod would be adding the ability to make player-friendly undead mobs. The main idea is incorporating necromancy into Minecraft the way enchanting has been added; a small, reasonably developed facet of the game with a few unique pieces of equipment. Ideally, it would work in a manner similar to vanilla utility mobs, but with a darker flavour. Aside from the core features I would like to see, I have a number of ideas for added content.
Ritual Knife (item): made with a single piece of iron for a blade, and a bone handle, a Ritual Knife is used by aspiring NecroCrafters to gather the blood necessary to animate undead minions. Blood can only be gathered from villages, witches, and other players (they need "human" blood). By left-clicking an acceptable target with the knife, a player can cause 1 heart of damage and fill one empty bottle, turning it into a Vial of Blood (see below). Alternatively, they could right-click while holding a Ritual Knife, and fill a Vial of Blood with their own health.
Vial of Blood (item): Vials of Blood would be used to store blood until it is ready to be used for NecroCrafting. By right-clicking with a Vial of Blood, the NecroCrafter would place it on the ground, as Blood.
Blood (block): Blood would be (almost?) identical to placed redstone in appearance; dark red lines on the ground that connect to one another, save that they do not glow. Once placed, blood cannot be recovered, only destroyed (unless you use Silk Touch, obviously).
Block of Rotten Flesh/Bone (blocks): by placing rotten flesh or bone in a 3x3 grid on the crafting screen, you could make a block of rotten flesh or bone, used to create the bodies for undead minions.
Zombie Pigman Head (block): A head that zombie pigmen would drop (rarely), like wither skeletons. As an aside, zombie and skeleton heads would need to be made available in normal play, as well.
The Necromantic Circle: this is the best part. In the same way that you could make golems by putting a jack-o-lantern on top of two blocks of snow or iron, you could arrange blood and fire (lit on netherack or, if you're quick, wood) around an assembled body (2 blocks, head and body) in the right pattern, the blood and fire would disappear, and the body would be replaced with a new undead minion.
PS: There's a lot more possible content to add, detailed in the main page. These cores additions are what the plugin needs to fit my vision, however. I've also asked another modder to look at this, before I saw your page, but I think it's unlikely he'll be able to do everything I need.
Hey, i'm a great texture maker and i am working on my own mod right now (using layman's mod maker) so i can create little things like foods and blocks. But not very much. If you want to see some of my textures I would be happy to send them to you. I really think i can be a great addition to your modding team. Also if you wanted to i could be a bug tester, anything is fine with me.
I asked MinecraftShamrock if he could do these mods that my friends came up with, but he's super busy, so I came here to see if you can do these:
Sorry, the quote thing broke. I can't show you the original posts right now.
Just let me file them into your template:
Name of Mod:The Namztis Sword When do you want it done by?: Any time is good, but the sooner the better. Forge? Yes. We always use forge. Description of mod: It adds a new sword to the game called The Namztis Sword. The Namztis Sword looks like a sword with a netherrack blade, and is crafted like so:
It does the same amount of damage as a diamond sword, and it never breaks. While facing a block and holding the sword, you can press Z to light that block on fire, and you can press X to strike it with lightning. You can also press J to summon a red pig with blue legs called Jeff (no nameplate). Jeff is like a wolf, except he has the health and attack strength of an enderman, and he can jump 3 blocks high. Pressing J again will de-summon Jeff (only 1 Jeff can exist at a time per player). Things that you want to be added to the game: The Namztis Sword and Jeff.
Here's the templatized version of the second one: Name of Mod:The Thundertiki Staff When do you want it done by?: Any time is good, but the sooner the better. Forge? Yes. We always use forge. Description of mod: It adds a staff called The Thundertiki Staff. It's crafted as follows:
While holding the staff, the K key changes the weather to sunny, the L key to make it rain, and the O key to cause a thunderstorm. Left clicking a block with the staff will place water on it, and right clicking on a block will place lava on it. Things that you want to be added to the game: The Thundertiki Staff.
Namztis and Thundertiki will be very happy if you could make these. Thank you for spending some of your ever-valuable time to read this.
Edit: The pics messed up. The sword is (P)
(F)
(S)
P=Raw porkchop
F=Flint and steel
S=Stick
The staff is (B)

(S)
B=Bucket
S=Stick
Edit 2: Oh my god, will it ever end!? the emoticon is supposed to be a B.
hey cikl, i understand that you are extremely busy with all these mods, but i posted a while ago (im not complaining about it being late, i just realized that i never included a crafting recipe)
so my idea was to just make all the vanilla swords unbreakable, and to add another sword if you like (really, you dont have to with all these requests)
but if you DO add another sword, my idea for the recipe is:
blank, ender pearl, blank
iron bar, ender pearl, iron bar
gold, stick, gold
it would be slightly more powerful than a diamond sword (also unbreakable) and can be as simple as the normal shape turned purple or black, thanks in advance
First, since I like to improve my chances, could you take a look at this furniture request?
More to the point, and something I've not asked of anyone yet... Name of Mod: Standalone Pipes When do you want it done by?: Two to three weeks, if possible Forge? Yes Description of mod: While I have previously asked people to make a highly convoluted item transport system codenamed "The Pipe Nightmare", I could use something that can be done more quickly. What I would like is a pipe system that is compatible with Buildcraft-compatible systems and power sources, but does not require Buildcraft. I prefer it to be a little more costly, and a lot more logical. Extraction pipes shouldn't be wood, or even necessarily pipes, but rather mechanical. They should be needed to put things into inventories too. Lava shouldn't work in anything not specially made to withstand thousands of degrees of heat (it should even need special extractors). Diamonds don't have magical sorting powers, unless they're part of a machine. All pipes should be capable of setting any given side as an Input-only, Output-only, or Unrestricted direction. Things that you want be added to the game:
I/O Module (Block): Simple/low-cost machine needed to move things to and from inventories. Can be rotated once placed. Needs power from a Buildcraft-compatible source in order to run.
Sorting Module (Block): Costly machine replacement for diamond pipes. Needs power from a Buildcraft-compatible source in order to run.
Vacuum (Block): A simple/low-cost machine that collects items off the ground when supplied with power. It only has room for one stack of items, though, so it needs to feed into pipes to be useful.
Ceramic Pipes (Block): Standard pipes for moving items, made with clay, sand, and glass panes. They can be dyed, so they will only connect to their own colour and to machines.
H.S. Ceramic Pipes (Block): Different looking Ceramic Pipes, upgraded from the normal kind with gold nuggets and iron ingots. The "H.S." stands for "High Speed". They work like Buildcraft's gold pipes, but still have the dye mechanic. Instead of redstone, the pipeline must take power from an engine, with a falloff of power over distance.
Hydraulic Pipes (Block): Upgraded pipes made to transport Buildcraft-compatible liquids. Slime balls should be used to seal the pipe. These pipes are unsuitable for transporting lava, which will break them, or non-fluids, which they just won't accept.
H.P. Hydraulic Pipes (Block): An upgraded form of Hydraulic Pipes. The "H.P." stands for "High Pressure". Like the H.S. Ceramic Pipes, these need extra power, but work faster.
Compressor (Block): An I/O Module for liquids. Hydraulic Pipes only accept input from, and output through, these. Can connect to any Buildcraft-compatible inventory that accepts liquid input.
Insulated Hydraulic Pipes (Block): An upgrade to H.P. Hydraulic Pipes, using obsidian and iron blocks. They are the only thing that can handle moving lava, and due to its density can only move it at base speed. Because they are designed to work under extreme strain, they are unsuitable for moving anything not lava (at least unless more mod interactions were added).
High-Stress Compressor (Block): A specially reinforced Compressor that is needed for moving things into Insulated Hydraulic Pipes. Technically, you could use it as a substitute for a regular Compressor too, but it takes double the power, so why would you want to?
Screwpump (Block): A simple, low-cost version of the Buildcraft pump, but not as good. The filling rate is only 5 buckets per second, and it cannot extract anything that needs Insulated pipes. However, it takes little power to run.
Magma Screw (Block): Advanced Screwpump designed for moving lava. By now you know the drill.
Dynamo Engine (Block): (Name not final.) The intent is for this system to be able to work without anything else Buildcraft related. To that end, it will include one low-tier power source. Dynamo Engines are intended to be a more costly, but more efficient form of the Buildcraft redstone engine. Like a redstone engine, they would need only a redstone signal to run, but their lowest level of output would be the same as a redstone engine's highest. At max output, they would match a stirling engine. However, the dynamo engine would also take much longer to reach full speed, and suffer all the limitations of a redstone engine, save that they will never explode, but rather seize. They would be made with sandstone, and have leather on the sides of the glass. The gears would be replaced with a new item detailed below.
Seized Engine (Block): This is what you get if you break a dynamo engine that has seized up due to excess strain. It can be restored to a functioning dynamo engine with the proper tool, but is otherwise totally useless.
Magnetic Gear (Item): A component used in mechanical devices, made with four redstone dust and four gold nuggets around an iron ingot. Makes one.
Pipe Wrench (Tool): An alternative to the Buildcraft Wrench. Crafted the same, save with a Magnetic Gear. It (and other Buildcraft Wrenches) can be used to restore a seized dynamo engine to working order, with a 20% chance of success...in other words, you have to whack it a few times before it will work, using up a bit of durability.
Optional Compatibility: The ability to use Buildcraft waterproofing or Metallurgy 2 bitumen to make hydraulic pipes would be appreciated, but not required. Other compatibility recipes could be included as well, if it makes sense, like using IC2 painters on pipes.
please make a mod that is all about call of duty where u get a campaign where its sorta based on black ops 2 but menendez is herobrine and you must defeat him before he unleashes "Craftis-Die". and multiplayer will be a server u cood make that requires that mod.

Name of Mod: Metal Detector which detects copper, iron, silver, When do you want it done by?: Ex: Anytime Forge? Yes Description of mod: So I been playing my minecraft world for about 3 days now, I have come across 6 diamonds and gold ores, redstone, about 20 iron ores, and about 64 coals along with 1 uranium and well I haven't seen any copper or tin ores. What I would like to be able to do is build a metal detector that can be upgraded and enchanted, the metal detector would make certain sounds depending on the rarity of the item, and with the computer craft and all the technological advances perhaps some kind of dialogue box could give you the percentage chance that a certain ore is around your area. The sound should be anywhere from faint, due to it being really deep down to loud if it is near you or the surface. I'm wondering if the copper or tin exists or if I went too far into the outlands and they don't reach that far. Anyways, I think it would be a fun little tool to have, upgrade, and work with. Things that you want be added to the game: Metal Detector
Name of Mod: S.S.Z.M (Stupidly Simple Zombie Mod) When do you want it done by?: A week, as it's pretty simple. There's my challenge to you. Forge? Forge if necessary, preferably no forge or modloader. Description of mod: I want the mod to:
1. Make zombies the only mobs to spawn.
2. Make zombies not burn in the day (but still only spawn at night/in the dark)
3. Make other varieties of zombies that have increased speed, health, and hit power.
4. Zombies can (very slowly) break wood and stone. Things that you want be added to the game: The three aforementioned zombie variants, and two weapons: a revolver and a shotgun. EDIT: I also want flash grenades to be added to disorient zombies when thrown. I want this to be all packed into a Zombie game mode that gives you three lives. Once you die three times, the world is deleted.

Dude, cikl pretty much already made that. Go look at his most recent posts.
I don't see it. What page was it on? And anyway, I'm going to post the idea on some other threads to see if someone else can finish it sooner. That way it could take a little off of cikl's current workload, as he's got a lot of requests.
By the way, I added some stuff to my earlier post so now it might take a little longer.
