Well, not "tweaks", per say, but...it's a request for two items.
The first is the Triple Shot (or whatever you want to call it). It's crafted with three arrows in a horizontal line, just as if you were crafting paper. The triple shot stacks to sixteen, and can be fired with a bow, but ONLY when it's in the hotbar. If not, the bow defaults to normal arrows, even if there's none left in your inventory. The triple shot is what it sounds like - when you fire it from a bow or a dispenser, it shoots three arrows at the same time. Not sure if the other two arrows should follow the trajectory of the first one, of if they should spread out like a shotgun (config file option, or maybe just modder's decision).
The real exciting use for them is to craft them into Quivers. Quivers can be crafted with three Triple Shots, lined vertically as if you were crafting a book, with leather somehow incorporated into the recipe. Quivers do not stack, and they cannot be fired from either bows or dispensers - they will simply fall out of the dispenser, like all other items except arrows and snowballs. When you pick a Quiver up off of the ground, though, you receive nine arrows. Because they don't stack, and Dispensers can only fit nine slots, you can use a single dispensers to give up to 81 arrows to a player in an adventure or survival map (one and a quarter stacks for you math whizzes out there) without having to shoot the damn arrows at your guy. And...I do believe that Minecraft has a quiver texture already installed, so if you want to just use that instead of spriting up something special, fine by me.
