This mod would add a few things into Minecraft, mainly based and inspired on The Entity from Atop The Fourth Wall.
Below I'll list (and explain) what this mod adds and what it might alter:
-New mob: "The Entity"
A mob that looks like a steve model, but made of moving static, It would be invincible (except against a new craftable item and block) but doesn't kill you, rather it teleports you to the new biome. It would only spawn after the random occurence and would drop diamonds, obsidian or something new when killed.
-A new random occurence
When exploring the generated world, once(and only once) will this happen(and only during night). What happens is a static filled rift would appear in the sky and three lightning strikes would hit under it and summon the entity.
-Three new blocks (WIP names)
The new blocks would be:-Data block: A block of static that can be found naturally in the new biome.
-Shield Block: A block of blue electricity made by a redstone shield generator.
-Redstone Shield Generator: A piston like block that produces Shield Blocks upward for ten
blocks. Crafted with a piston surround by 2 Vycalimite crystals
on each side and 3 blocks of obsidian both on top and bottom.
-Three new items (WIP names)
--Data-Locator: Teleports the player to the nearest "Entity Biome" and can teleport the player back.
Crafted with: 1 Data Block surrounded by two redstone torches at its sides and iron ingots above and below.
--Book of Existential Logic: An item that, when used in an enchating table, unlocks a new(Level 1) enchantment for swords.(Said enchantment is the "Nothingness" enchantment which deals a one hit K.O to The Entity.
Crafed with: A feather, then a book below it and then an enchanting table below that.
--The Entity's voice: An item that teleports the entity into an "Entity Biome" nearest to the player.
Crafted with: A Note Block surround with 4 Data Blocks.
-A new tier of weapons and tools
--Data Tools and Sword: These are crafted using Data blocks and are stronger than diamond but have a 50/50 chance to turn any drops (Mob drops or Mining drops) into datablocks.
-A new ore
--Vycalimite: A glowing green ore that drops a smeltable block which in turn produces six crystals per block and spawns at a higher rate than Iron but lesser than Coal.
-A new biome
--"Entity Biome": Created when the random occurence happens, ground is made of nothing but datablocks but only down half-way to bedrock, where-in it becomes liquid static (like water from Minecraft Classic but...made of static). This biome stays after The Entity is killed.
-New Potions
--Splash Potion of Absorbtion: A potion that, when thrown, damages a mob and(in a 5/100 chance) teleports and doubles it's drops with a smaller chance of turning the drops into diamonds.
Brewed by creating a basic splash potion and brewing in a Vycalimite Crystal and then a Data Block. (Glowstone or Redstone effects are not effective)

It would be weird because the mod class files for mobs by convention start with "Entity" (i.e. EntityZombie, EntityPlayer, EntityEnderman, etc.) so the class name for this would be "EntityEntity.class"
I agree. I hope the names "Entity" and "Data" on everything affected are just WIP names, because currently they are confusing and kinda stupid.
However, it sounds like a neat dimension expansion mod... Perhaps killing the Entity gives a block that can create a portal to the Entity-dimension, like an advanced version of the Entity Biome?

As wel as the names Data and Entity are kindaa confusing, I would take suggestions for the names or if someone makes the mod they could change the name...either way,really.
