Curse PremiumYou click the server in the server list you want to move, hold shift, and click another server.
It switches the two. Doing this you can re-order your list. It's not the most efficient thing, but it does the job.

hold Shift and hit the up arrow. It then moves it up. Hold down arrow to move it down
