Ok so the basic out line is a functioning mobile phone for minecraft. a user could only ever have one. The phone Has the following capabilities.
1) Voice Chat. ( person to person or confrence call )
2) Hands free kit ( used in head armor slot. allows player only talking function with out holding the phone )
3) Text mode ( to send text messages to other players )
4) Cammer ( so you can talk photos and send / reciver them in game )
5) Phone book ( with players That are frindes )
6) GPS ( gobal posistining System )[MABY NOT THIS ONE]
Player is only alowed one phone at a time and pics / Phone book /Messages are stored on server. so if users could have as many as they wanted it would Crash servers The combined wait for data causing data back up ( simlor to a DDOS atack) Players Names are used as the "phone Numbers" . players would have a basic ring tone . if the phone is in a chest note symboles come out of the chest (like the note blocks) also ring tone played.
When phone in inventory and a hands free device is on the user the (Q) key will answer the phone.
