I would like a mod that would allow you to place every item in the game like it were a block. To get a 'placeable' version of an item (For example, a cooked porkchop), you would craft it by itself like you do with flowers to get dye. This item would be unusable- swords would not kill any better than dirt, and digging with a placeable shovel would be like digging with your hands. Placement
Items would have at least two of these placements: Hanging (Ceiling), Hanging (Wall), Resting (Ground), and Sticking Out (Ground).
All tools (Pick, shovel, sword, ax, hoe) could be hung from walls, placed on the ground, or stuck in the ground.
All foods (Cooked & uncooked pork, bread, cooked and uncooked fish, and mushroom stew) could be placed on a block or hung from the ceiling.
Dusts (Gunpowder and lightstone dust) could be placed like redstone and would automatically connect. Gunpowder, if lit on fire, would explode and destroy the blocks in its immediate vicinity (directly below, above, and beside it). Lightstone would give off slightly less light than a torch. Dust could be placed on the floor and the walls.
Most other items would be able to be placed on the ground and on the walls. If enough interest is generated for this I might go a little more in-depth about it, but I'm tired and too lazy to think about any more things.
