Hello, excuse me, does someone know how to make fire mobs from Lycanites Mobs and lava mobs ( also from Lycanites Mobs ) spawn only in the nether instead in the nether and in the overworld ? For example I would like to make that cinder and afrit will spawn only in the nether. How to configure this ?
Is there a config per chance to specify per biome/dimension? I'd say ask the mod author if they can provide insight on that or offer the feature in an update.
If there is a config for it you can do so by using the mod options button (if it appears there). Otherwise check via your .minecraft folder. (Unless you used a modpack). Either way go to .minecraft if on Windows (equivalent on Mac/Linux where Minecraft installs itself).
You can also do this via the resource packs button, go to that menu and then the button on the left to add a resource pack, go up a folder and then from there you will see mods, config, saves, and a bunch of other folders. 'config' is likely what your looking for this is what configs/settings will appear in mod options if the mod author configured it right.
If you can understand the numbers/true and false values then change them.
If it has a mention of biomes/dimensions then fine if not, not much you can do unless you find a mod that can likely configure vanilla/modded mobs (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/nospawnzone No Spawn Zone is for 1.12.2, I've mostly used the later versions but I assume it may offer the same).
I have a video on it here back when I made videos:
@SuntannedDuck2 Do You know if this mod ( No Spawn Zone ) has also in-game config or only via commands ? I prefer in-game configs, because they have descriptions.
