Hi. I have the smallest reactor setup possible, and until now, it was functioning perfectly. My induction matrix holds 64 Gj of power, and I have been running the reactor in order to make polonium pellets. I will never use enough power to keep up with the energy production rate, so the Matrix is maxed out. But my reactor somehow exploded yesterday. Could it have been because of a power backup from my matrix?
From watching YT videos of these reactors, if your power system gets full, the reactor can explode. The solution I've seen is put an energy trash can on the system to absorb any extra power.
