Is there a reliable, detailed modding {not mod installation} tutorial for all versions of Legacy/Cursed Fabric? If so, I will look at it.
My mod with manually registered ItemBlocks of technical blocks:
[mod]obtain-blocks-mod[/mod
Check the legacy fabric example mod, but there's no reliable or detailed tutorials for LF API. Free to join LF discord.
Nobody introduces a modding tutorial for Legacy Fabric! That is bad... I find dozens of tutorials for latest version, but barely find anything about 1.7.10. But this case is even worse than having a liitle tutorials...

Nothing I can answer but just wait and see if HowardZHY can answer that or check some LF GitHub sources, see what's accessible, or go to the LF discord dev or support channels and see what they can answer with there.
I posted your comment/quoted it to the support channel of the LF discord. Awaiting answer.
I wouldn't hold out for one though as you may very likely not get any answer, many do their own thing after all so asking questions isn't usually worth it.

On to the news.
Legacy Fabric showcase/release news.
Description: I've just made a 15w14a LF mod to make it able to join 1.8.X Servers. You can download a test build. Having fun with old pvp!
AF2R aka April Fools 2 Release is what it's called. So if you want to use 15w14a and this functionality I'd say why not, how often do we see April Fools versions get mods not often (and this is another to add to the list/wiki). https://modwiki.miraheze.org/wiki/Fabric_April_Fools (At least that I have recorded or seen/know of Fabric or even Meddle modloader snapshots (which doesn't have any to my knowledge) or otherwise).

Random comment by the mod author: "I bet it's the mod that has no download for the longest time ever on modrinth"
To that I say it may be true but with me presenting to MCForums and Reddit it hopefully won't and has a chance with my releasing/advertising/announcing news outside the LF Discord to the world.
I mean April Fools and Combat Snapshots are cool them getting mods is nice to have.

I know you responded to the other commenter. But unless there isn't anything of an example mod on GitHub I'd say check there as don't think there is much in the way of documentation. Otherwise the discord for Legacy Fabric and Cursed Fabric to ask about them in dev channels, well those links to both discords are in the first post of this threads in the discord spoiler section. The team isn't as big as fabric and things have changed quite a bit over time so I don't think they have a concrete thing going for each version of the LF API and loader just yet but the mod authors can say a lot more than I can of course.
Now for the Legacy Fabric news/Showcase:
Here is 2 images.
The first is for changes to the Legacy Fabric website in regards to the installers clarity/presentation.
The second is for the multimc Instance being easier now to access whichever version you want of say 0.14.19 for example from 1.3.2 to 1.13.2 on GitHub.

I just wish there is more mods for Legacy Fabric 1.12.2, at least the QoL from upstream Fabric (that are still relevant on 1.12) and ComputerCraft/CC:Tweaked.
I become very frustrated by 1.18+ worldgen and i spent so much time on 1.12.2 that i really feel some of the additions post it very...weird
🇧🇷 🇵🇹 If you speak Portuguese and play Minecraft: Java Edition like me, join my rabbit hole on Discord!
Yeah understandable. At least we have a fair amount like those I have listed here: https://modwiki.miraheze.org/wiki/Legacy_Fabric_Mod_HUB#1.12.2 Not as much as 1.8.9 but still a fairly sizeable amount over other versions.
I go to older versions for different mods, different mob AI, different feel of the game just for something different. No idea how hard it is to port CC: Tweaked/Restitched (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/cc-restitched/files) to 1.12.2 Legacy Fabric (besides whatever Forge 1.12.2 has of CC:Tweaked/Computer Craft prior as well) probably quite a bit it's why I always assume QOL mods over mods with lots of blocks/other content as the team isn't big enough and also the time I assume for them is better spent on other things in their minds. Just assuming.
The authors seems kind of busy with some other stuff or whatever other requests. Seen your post in the discord before this forum post.
Outside of that quote/post to respond to no news of anything going on yet.

We have a Legacy Fabric post on our hands here with 2 1.8.9 mods to post and some images.
Otherwise there is LegacyEnhance. No jar file that's complete there whether it will not sure it's probably still being worked on. It isn't listed in the discord releases/showcases yet after all like the other two are. It's just mentioned in the readme/description areas of the other two mods so felt like pointing it out. So I'd say check up on it some time later.
Legacy Enhance:
https://github.com/Hankung7183/LegacyEnhance
Wiki: https://modwiki.miraheze.org/wiki/Legacy_Enhance
Quote of whole description: "A Minecraft mod for LegacyFabric 1.8.9 that enhances performance and fixes bugs" is all it says so......
The files do mention these 2 things though: 'feat: better keybind', 'feat: static particle color' so it's likely these, maybe more in the future or other things not immediately obvious deeper in the files. Just a guess though. Not much else to go on yet.
First up is: HitDelayFix
https://github.com/Hankung7183/HitDelayFix-LegacyFabric/releases
Wiki: https://modwiki.miraheze.org/wiki/Hit_Delay_Fix

Legacy Fabric news
Legacy Enhance now has a 1.0.0 version jar available here: https://github.com/Hankung7183/LegacyEnhance/releases
The changelog for it says: feat: batchdrawing & fullbright
In the changed source code files there is a mention of 'feat: oldanimations' which I assume (not sure I haven't used it yet) may be included as well as the past ones I mentioned before of 'feat: better keybind', 'feat: static particle color'. Check it out and see if it is just the fullbright and batchdrawing or performance/fixes like the description said then well that's something at least and the others are likely coming later but not finished.
Either way seemed worth following up the available file and updated wiki page.

So if you don't use these spoilers you aren't missing out on anything.
If you do I just made the links load better/have different names they still are in the same spoilers and direct where they are supposed to better on the pages they were intended then 'to the top of the page' because they weren't redirecting correctly.
Spoiler Changes:
-Added redirects to more versions on the Legacy Fabric HUB these include the following (some minor, some major, minor as in I think just tags and may work, while major ones with actual mods for those versions and I just forgot to add those versions to the spoiler to make it more up to date then a few months/years ago outdated, so for parity with the HUB pages now)

Same with the Cursed Fabric HUB redirects spoiler for: Cursed Fabric Quick Access Redirects (StationAPI/Cursed Legacy API Builds and HUB redirects for SAPI, CLA and No API Required compatible mods)
The StationAPI heading link and the Cursed Fabric loader regardless of API heading link
Original: StationAPI (differs based on 1.3.1 or 2.0pre1/2 support of API)
New: StationAPI differs based on "1.3.1" or "2.0pre1" or "2.0pre2" support of API
With the "" over each StationAPI key version to consider.
New link (current): https://modwiki.miraheze.org/wiki/Cursed_Fabric_Mod_HUB#StationAPI_differs_based_on_"1.3.1"_or_"2.0pre1"_or_"2.0pre2"_support_of_API
Another was the following below
Original: "Cursed Fabric (regardless of API)"
New 1: "Cursed Fabric Loader required, meaning they work regardless of either API or no API in the mods folder"
This is due to the URL not redirecting to that position on the page as brackets/parenthesis kind of mess it up it seems so while a longer heading to mean the same thing then just putting it under the heading I felt the longer heading was more necessary.
https://modwiki.miraheze.org/wiki/Cursed_Fabric_Mod_HUB#Cursed_Fabric_Loader_required,_meaning_they_work_regardless_of_either_API_or_no_API_in_the_mods_folder
(which redirects to the top of the page again which isn't what I want)
I changed it again to include "either one of the API" or "no API in the mods folder"
New 2 (current): Cursed Fabric Loader required, meaning they work regardless of "either one of the API" or "no API in the mods folder"
resulting in:
https://modwiki.miraheze.org/wiki/Cursed_Fabric_Mod_HUB#Cursed_Fabric_Loader_required,_meaning_they_work_regardless_of_"either_one_of_the_API"_or_"no_API_in_the_mods_folder"
Finally with the redirect links to the Mod Installation Instruction Tutorials headings again due to brackets.
Original https://modwiki.miraheze.org/wiki/Mod_Installation_Instruction_Tutorials#Legacy_Fabric_[Java_Edition]_(currently_for_1.8.9,_1.7.10,_1.12.2_and_more_coming_soon_but_Dev_available_only_right_now)
Named: Legacy Fabric [Java Edition] (currently for 1.8.9, 1.7.10, 1.12.2 and more coming soon but Dev available only right now)
Obviously it's outdated and many other versions are supported. I may update the instructions as they too are outdated for the original 1.8.9 Legacy Fabric then the more relevant 1.8.9 and others installs these days, I mentioned the others as showned by the named above but of course I added more to reflect all versions supported now
New result:
