I have a problem. I is not something like that I want to change resources, I know how to make resourcepacks. But well... I play Minecraft 1.5.2, and as if there is no Optifine installer, I have to drag the Optifine files to minecraft.jar.
Every time I do anything with minecraft.jar, the launcher downloads its orginal version and everything is like there wasn't any changes. When I'm offline and try to "install" Optifine, the launcher won't start this version.
The new Mojang launcher has a self-repair function, making it harder to play older modded games. I recommend using a third-party launcher like Twitch App or MultiMC to play the older versions.

Any idea how to fix that?
