I have a server hosted using thermos and it is getting very good with no signs of conflict between plugins and mods, but the problem is how it is in the title, when I give / spawn, or teleport to a warp in another world, the delay to the server answering the client lasts a considerable time!
Host: 8GB Ram
even for my players near the host it looks like this!
How do I solve this?
Edit: It seems that when I start walking over the overworld and loading new chunks, the server starts to stop responding
This sounds like an issue with slow world generation, although it should only happen in newly generated areas; many world generation mods are notorious for this because they don't properly generate things, causing many chunks to load outside of the normal loaded chunk areas:
Otherwise, I don't know what the issue could be, barring any disk issues (even if new chunk generation is very slow loading existing chunks, including when going to another dimension, should be fast); again, a mod may be responsible for the slowdown if it adds something that takes a long time to set up when loaded into memory, and the easiest way to test is to remove half the mods and check the performance, testing the other half if all is fine, repeating until you narrow it down to a single mod (or conflicting mods).
