To start you will want to consider which modloader you will use: Forge (many versions), Fabric (1.14+, even snapshots and is lightweight on code and modular in terms of many APIs, libraries and so on used compared to Forge's built in approach).
For tutorials I recommend looking on Youtube. Some like SilentChaos512, McJty are good to start with. Fabric doesn't have many tutorials as it's new but it has a few video tutorials besides docmentation.
While JEI for Forge and REI for Fabric already exist, you could have some good ideas I'm interesting in seeing. I don't know if these mods source code are publicly available for reference/support though. You might have to ask them. If you want don't to that's fine but to get you started with how to make a mod like them. That or CraftGuide that does recipes but in a different way than these two mods do.
Otherwise what do you mean by everything? In terms of Vanilla I think most exist with these mods only hidden that aren't needed to be seen or are glitchy aren't shown, but if you want the command block, mob spawner and others to be displayed then I'd like to see that so you don't have to use commands or creative mode/mods to do it.
