So, I wanted to get some shaders. So, I loaded on my shaderpack and Optifine. But when I start MC, it keeps flashing colors. I don't know why. I tried resetting all the video settings in MC, but that didn't work. Is there any solution to this? I'd like to be able to use shaders without getting the shaders mod (I'm using Forge w/Optifine on 1.12.2) since it's not compatible. Sorry if this isn't the right section. Please help, I don't want to kill my eyes.
Graphics glitching that badly could be a sign that the video card is overheating. Alternatively, it could be that the shaderpack you're using isn't compatible with your video card. It might help if you specified what shaderpack you're trying to use, and what video card you have. While we're at it, maybe provide the exact version numbers of Forge and Optifine you're using as well.

Ok. I appear to have an Intel UHD Graphics 620 card, OptiFine 1.12.2 HD U E3, Sildur's Vibrant Shaders 1.19 High (although I couldn't get them turned on), and Forge 1.12.2 14.23.5.2796. Also, some info that may help out would be that I have 8 gigabytes of RAM, 128 megabytes of VRAM allocated (which is its max), and an Intel Core i7 8th Gen processor. This might not matter at all, but it's running Windows 10.

I also want the shaders to do a project, but Optifine glitching is ruining it.
